- link me to your finished artpiece as soon as you post it

- if anything is unclear, ask me about it

- your artpiece must be coloured and have a simple background! (I also allow one coloured backgrounds. Just as long as there is one, we are all good!) Both traditional and digital are allowed!

- you can add/draw as many characters as you want!

- there is no Fancharacters option included this year, HOWEVER you can still add yours of course!

- your fanfiction should be at least one DIN A4 page long!

- if you can’t post it in time due reason, the queue is also an option

- give the blog url you’ll post the piece on. If it is a side/artblog, please provide both urls

- Once I paired everyone up and send you your partner, there is no option off backing out of it! Only allowed in special cases! So be sure you can actually make a piece in time or tell me BEFORE the pair-up! (it caused quite some issues last year)

Magical Girl Nya AU

Ok so one day while I was watching Precure (don’t judge me) I thought “Wouldn’t it be cool to have a magical girl in ninjago” and Nya was the perfect candidate so I present my AU, it’s still a work in progress but I really really love it so here’s all that I thought of.

So basically in Ninjago city Nya lives with Kai and has a not so normal life. Kai dropped out of school to pay for her schooling and the apartment and Nya also works to help out around the house. In this she and Jay would have broken up too. Nya really really wants to help out the city by getting rid of all of the crime that seems to happen in the city for no reason but Kai wants her to go to a good college and maybe even move out of the city to have a better life so they fight a lot about what Nya should and shouldn’t do. And after one particular fight about how Nya needs to stop going out at night cause it’s dangerous she ‘runs away’ she runs to the monument of god/fsm, their she just lets out all of her anger, screaming about how she just wants to help everyone how she feels useless. God/fsm hears her calls and blesses her with the gift of the water element. After being gifted the power she sorta has a moment like everyone else in superhero movies who magically gets powers and she goes crazy a bit testing out her powers and all that jazz. And after passing by a tv playing a magical girl cartoon she decides that that will be her secret identity, a magical girl. So she sews the dress and boom magical girl time. As the story progresses she’ll get more people to join her magical girl team but I’m still working out the details for that

Some random headcanons that I think are pretty popular yet are still rad

Lloyd could’ve been really tall because of his Oni blood but due to not being able to eat much food with nutritional value while at Darkleys and while he was homeless AND because of his unnatnatural growth spurt Lloyd never reached his true potential, height wise.

Due to Cliff Gordon’s uhhhh ‘womanizer’ demeanor Jay has tons of half siblings! Only a few of them know about each other but they all look identical due to the curly hair and freckles that all of them posses

Kai has a beauty mark opposite to Nya’s and Nya has a scar opposite to Kai, making them sorta mirrors of each other

Continuing with Kai and Nya being mirrors of each other, Jay and Cole used to confuse them for each other, mostly in the morning due to Nya’s insane bed head and Kai’s flat hair

After becoming a human again one of Cole’s eyes turn green to match his scar

Cole lowkey hates wearing black outside of his ninja suit. The color just reminds him too much of sadness and death so he much prefers wearing colors like burnt orange, deep green, royal purple, and mahogany

Zane is the bug killer in the house. That’s not a headcanon though, that’s a fact

Zane really likes the color pink, however due to the other’s toxic masculinity in early seasons he pretended to hate the color too

Lloyd loves having plants in his room, he just loves taking care of them all. Also he gives them names
