Im an army. And I love BTS with all of my heart.

But armys who think of BTS like the superior supergroup kinda really bother me.

It seems like many armys see them as gods and other kpop idols as dirt who are nothing compared to them. This is just so wrong. There are so many talanted artists aside from BTS. As I said I truly love them and they are damn talanted but so are EXO, NCT, ATEEZ, SEVENTEEN, The Rose, Day6, Shinee, BigBang, Super Junior, Stray Kids, Got7, Ikon and so many more!

And sometimes I do even like certain parts of a group or song more than a bts choreo, vocal or rap.

BTS is not superior. Yes they helped KPop a lot intetnationally. Yes they paved the way for many other groups to go international. But they are not the only talented artists in korea.

They are no gods!

PS: Im not really into girlgroups so sorry for leaving them out. Of course they are incredibly talented as well!

Yknow i feel like appreciating jonghyun rn cuz he deserves it

Jonghyun was everything you could wish for in an idol and more. Beyond his talent, no one could talk to him without talking about what a good person he was. He was just that loveable and kind. Jonghyun was always outspoken about mental health, lgbtq+ rights, and inequality. He was often bashed in the industry for speaking out about all those things, yet he did it anyways. He was always the first one to cry, but he was also the first one to laugh. He poured his heart and soul into his music. He suffered from insomnia and yet he always put on a show with full energy. He had a voice that could bring you to tears just by listening to it. His #1 goal was always to be kind and gentle to his fans, to be their friend. And he sure as hell did a good job

But I really hope Kyungsoo won’t be influenced by others. I just want him to eat good food and have a rest.

Uses his platform to spread positive messages

Wrote lyrics about how he was lonely after all his friends left him during his 7 years of training and being away from his family.

Was there for Felix when he moved from another country and couldn’t speak Korean well and didn’t understand the culture.

Said that he was sorry to Felix for being strict on him during their training days because he just didn’t want him to go through what he did.

Said that he wouldn’t leave Felix and Minho behind after they were illiminated

Wants to save the Orcas

Has a vlive once a week just so that he can stay connected to all his fans

Said back when he was younger kpop wasn’t as internationally big and he wanted to represent Australia all the way in Korea and bring it to the world
