its actually SOOO tragic that there are so many things tagged Sonic & Tails and Sonadow, but I can't find what seems (to me) to be the natural longfic premise of

Sonic is a struggling young adult who picks up an abandoned Tails from the streets and is like 'well ig i'm a parent now' but he's working three or four jobs and he barely had it together Before Tails, and now he's gotta afford preschool??? and daycare???
