Taking a wee break from Trollhunters to instead hyper focus on the extremely dead Epic 2013 fandom.

I'm still learning Procreate, but I'm happy enough with this little goober to share him.

His name is Toad and he's a five striped skink. Apparently the only native lizard in Connecticut, which is where the movie takes place. He'll be a pet to one of my other OCS if I ever get around to drawing her.

Skræl's design is final, so I decided to finally start the work on Concepts for Nari, the eldest of the Arcane Order.

I'm still not completely happy with any of these, and none have made the cut to be finalized.

I want Nari to have way more Troll features. Maybe a Dryad or Spriggan can act as a very, very faint inspiration, but I'm mostly going to start referencing Medieval paintings of animals like lions or dragons from now on.

Still, I did art relating to Trollhunters, so it's getting posted.

Fun fact, the friend I mentioned that's working on the rewrite au with me has a blood goblin named Carl who he crochets sweaters for.

Carl tries to steal the cookies from Skræl and Douxie whenever he gets the chance.

I remember when Trollhunters part 1 came out and I watched it backwards. Anfd now that's how I like to watch any new show to test if I like it. To see if I like the characters and story before knowing any of them and forming an emotional connection.
