I feel like now would be a good time to remind everyone that it is fully legal in America for the cops to lie to you and gaslight you in interrogation.

If they’ve decided you’re guilty and your lawyer hasn’t gotten there yet, they can and will say anything to make you confess and it won’t matter to them if the confession is true.
