An excellent inquiry.

Lance likes Sharpies. They're bold, they're strong, and they're permanent. He feels powerful when he uses them.

Steven doesn't really like Sharpies. He thinks felt-tipped pens feel weird to write with. He prefers fountain pens.

Wallace only likes Sharpies for art projects. He doesn't like how much they bleed through regular paper.

Cynthia loves Sharpies because they're hard to get rid of. She also likes how opaque they are, it's very satisfying to her.

Alder has commitment issues. Alder does not like Sharpies.

Iris is that one kid who sniffs Sharpies to try to get high off of them. She likes Sharpies, but she's not allowed to have them.

N does not know what Sharpies are.

Diantha doesn't like Sharpies. She's afraid that they'll explode and get on her clothes.

Leon often mistakes Sharpies for dry-erase markers. Leon no longer keeps Sharpies in his office.

Geeta doen't have much of an opinion on sharpies. She'll use them occasionally, but generally prefers other writing utensils.

...what happened with Steven, if you don't mind my asking?

well for a good while steven and wallace were married and happy

they love each other very deeply they're gonna have to perfect life and so they wanted to make a team together to help make the world a better place

they had two different and separate ideas on how they wanted to do it

steven was heavily focused on his idea and he spent too much time not paying attention to his supposed love (wallace)

with time wallace began drift away from steven's ideals he believes that he could do better don't steven was doing that his ideas had a deeper and more powerful meaning than stevens... rocks

wallace began to fall out of love for steven and steven ignored it

wallace left believing he needed to leave steven and create his own new team

team aqua

wallace with his new team attacked steven's team from the shadows and making steven believe that his own husband wallace was dead

wallace let himself be seen eventually showing that he does not care for steven and that he wants steven to fail, claiming that the sea neednt be destoyed by human laziness and neglect

wallace blames steven for everything that is happened and will continue to blame steven for everything that will happen for the rest of time

We're getting both Milotic and Metagross in the dlc - (Milotic in part 1, Metagross in part 2), and in the little screen they had showing some of the mons... Gotta wonder why Milotic and Metagross were the two BIG IMPORTANT POKEMON. They chose to show off...

to be honest i would not know why they would do this but i do like to think that because metagross is coming and steven stone exists and beloved character returning...

while my origin shipping brain likes to think that wallace may show up it is very highly unlikely

i think that they just chose this pokemon because it's a popular hoenn pokemon, unlike metagross which gets me screeching like a rabid animal at the thought of steven coming to paldea
