not exactly what was described but,, i couldn't get motivational "hang in there!" poster with simon "little pink skeleton of a man" fairchild out of my head for a few hours until i caved

Cursed thought I just had: Simon Fairchild with a "hang in there!" poster.

It’s a traditional one where he’s hanging there on a tree, but like the background is just an endless sky. It looks like a painting

(And there’s a nontraditonal one where there’s nothing but a vaugely Simon Fairchild shape reaching out into the darkness with “hang in there!” bolded in the sky)

here's the gravedigger, this time slightly changed and in colour! :3 (their favourite colour is the green that i used for the lines) (edit: i changed the background colour)

this is the gravedigger's half sister, Kasia :D she's a bit stubborn, very caring to anyone she thinks needs it and can barely sit still without working on some project or other.

she's three years older than the gravedigger and her mother was a childhood friend of their father, who divorced relatively shortly after kasia was born (they were still friends afterwards, they just took their time realising they're not in love with each other and that the marriage wasn't working out). two years before the gravedigger's birth their mother moved to the village, swooped their father of his feet and after her death, kasia's mother would frequently visit the gravedigger and their father with kasia to help each other out every now and then.

during the plague, kasia still sometimes manages to visit the gravedigger and check in on them, in between chopping down trees and beasts and sharing some alcohol with casmir or the bike man or anyone else who's willing to share.

she actually manages to get out of the forest in the end and ends up moving to germany, where she eventually starts working as a janitor at a primary school and even manages to get sober after a while. when she settles down somewhat, she decides to learn more and become more involved with her own jewish ancestry and now local jewish community, as her mother was jewish, but wasn't able to share much of it with kasia. the doodle in the bottom left is kasia with her girlfriend in 2019 at pride in cologne :D (her girlfriend's sign says "nazis out", btw)

i've been writing a homebrew campaign for my friends and i to play at some point and not only does it start similar to skyrim (pcs are imprisoned, until dragon comes and lights the place up) but kermit will make atleast an appearance as a bard/warlock npc (maybe bob ross and waluigi too). another npc will be a wizard named asperagus and they have a glorious mustache

some pride flag moomintrolls :D im gonna make some more (lesbian!! and ace and nb, maybe more?) as soon as medibang wants to cooperate again

i kinda gave up on posting inktober stuff regularly and in order, buuuttt i kinda got back into beyblade? it was one of my favourite shows when i was younger and nile is kinda an alltime favourite character of mine. rewatching the anime with the english dub (instead of the german one i grew up with because i live in germany) made me realize in full effect how annoying/dramatic and sometimes ridiculously bad the voiceacting is and that i definitely favor niles german voice over his english one. and after looking at what the fandom has put out on tumblr and how little of that is of nile (especially of nile not being dressed in a ranchy arabic dancers outfit, he's 14-15, what the fuck) i decided to create the nile content i want to see, especially after seeing @minccinoocappuccino 's drawings of nile (and kyoya) with fennek fox ears.

i def wanna improve on how i draw him (and also draw some more characters, like my other favourite characters from mfb, yuu, johannes, motti, tithi, etc and of course the rest of team wild fang) and i also wanna draw atleast most of the other characters as pseudo furries too
