Petition: Change the definition of rape to cover forceful envelopment of a penis or digit

The Sexual Offences Act 2003 defines rape as the penetration of the vagina, anus or mouth of another person with a penis. By this definition, a woman cannot rape a man or another woman. The law should be changed to include the forceful envelopment of a penis or digit

Rape laws in the UK are sexist. As defined by the Sexual Offences Act 2003:

Section 1 makes it an offence for a person (A) intentionally to penetrate with his penis the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) without that person’s consent if A does not reasonably believe that B consents. Subsection (2) provides that whether a belief in consent is reasonable is to be determined having regard to all the circumstances, including any steps A has taken to ascertain whether B consents. This and the offence in section 5 are the only offences that can only be committed by a male, because they relate to penile penetration. Subsection (3) provides that sections 75 and 76 apply to this offence. Sections 75 and 76 deal with evidential and conclusive presumptions about consent.

The Crown Prosecution Service describes rape as:

The elements of rape are:

(A) intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis; (B) does not consent to the penetration, and (A) does not reasonably believe that (B) consents

Penetration of the mouth is included.

This petition seeks to change this sexist and outdated definition of rape.

So to make a long story short, my brother is getting married and last week i organised my brothers stag weekend. we rented out a narrow boat and had a pirate themed weekend.  one night we decided to go ashore for a night on the town. it was on this night some drunk person decided he didn't like me and decided to assault me. after the altercation, this person was taken away by the doormen and handed to the police.

i was fine, just a small nose bleed. seems the guy was so drunk he couldn't aim.

after the incident i regrouped with my brother and after he found out he went spare and wanted to take matters into his own hands. after calming him down and having a talk about it he said to me.

"You're my little brother. Nobody messes with my little brother!" 

it was this sentence that made it clear to me how much i mean to my brother and how much he means to me.

2014 season

So me and my boys finished our season with a record of 4-6-0 should have been 6-4 but let's say I doubt the competency of one if the refs we had for two games. Okay so it's it's not a great record but for the past 2 years we went 1-9-0 so we're defiantly coming back. For a little backstory for myself, I play on the offensive line of my team. Not a glamorous role but a very important one. Iv been playing for only a couple of years and iv been assistant coaching for one. And I love every minute of it. Onwards no though into the winter and to the next season where I'm coaching at a British university in the bucs league. Time to make some lineman run laps!
