Fun fact: according to ibisPaint this art piece took me 72 hours and 31 minutes to make! That time being the total amount of time the canvas was open :)

one time I saw a headcanon that slightly aligns with your bill:

In every single picture you take of him, he is staring directly and unblinkingly at the camera.

Oh, that's a fun headcanon, I like that. Even if someone's trying to take a candid shot and they think he doesn't know they're taking it, even if Bill isn't turned directly toward the camera himself, even if he didn't seem to be looking directly at the camera when they took the shot—his eye always is pointed straight at it in the photo.

Now you're looking at the picture but the picture is looking at you.
