collection of useful things tumblr has taught me:

even if you can't fall asleep, laying down with your eyes closed will still rest your body

you don't have to brush your teeth standing up

you don't have to do any chore standing up, from dishes to showering

you don't have to shower with the lights on

if you can't brush your teeth, flossing and a tongue scraper gets rid of plaque and bad breath

if you can't do that, mouthwash kills a lot of bacteria

eating "unhealthy" food is better than eating no food

you can make the same meal everyday for however long you still want it

some pills come in syrups or chewables if you can't swallow them

kids nutritional shakes can be a quick way to get fuel if you can't eat/don't have time

if walking hurts/exhausts you on a regular basis, canes and rollers are for you, no matter how young you are

we have free will—if doing something "out of the ordinary" makes life easier for you, do it

The Twelve Harbingers of Doom

Raligon "The Teacup Murderer"

Famous for his knowledge in herbs and feared for his poisons. His first murder was his own grandfather. He prefers to kill his victims by offering them tea. It takes time, as he slowly increases the dose of the poison on the teacup but he's very methodical with it. He has to write down all of the reactions from his victims.

Syphfride "Deaths touch"

Shows up whenever there's a tragedy, wether it's a plague, natural disaster or war. She disguises herself as a healer while in reality she steals the life force out her "patients". Her touch is soft but deadly. If you stumble upon her, you will die.

Aslan Valkarios "The Battlefield Tyrant"

Renowned mercenary who always gets the job done but infamous and feared for the bloodshed he causes. Where ever he goes, there are no survivors. Took over the throne of Delphia with the help of Walther. He's ruthless to everyone. All you can do is beg for a quick death from him.

Walther "The Wicked Advisor"

Seemingly harmless, his charming personality wins over everyone. His academic prowess and political skill has cought the attention of all rulers. But don't be fooled by his smile and kind words, Walther works only for himself, listening to his advice will only bring death and destruction upon you kingdom.

Ondal "The Bloody General"

The greatest general in history of The Far East, he conquered and won every battle his king ordered him to. But at what cost? The cost of lives of his soldiers. Being under the command of Ondal means certain death. No matter wether you win or loose. You win? You will die in the next battle. You loose? Ondal will kill you himself for being a failure.

Brandon "The Soulless King"

Exchanged his soul for the power over the dead. Even tho he himself has no soul and cannot die, he uses his subject's souls to kill and entertain him. Oh the pleasure he gets from watching people being terrified of death from the hands of the souls he controls.

Helga "The Dragonknight seamonster"

No one is safe on the sea as long Helga and K'merisath are alive. The strong bond between them makes them unstoppable. What people of Isola thought to be a blessing, having a DragonKnight amongst them, turned to be a curse. Helga continues to rein the seas in terror.

Arkanath "The Silent Hunter"

In the assasint community most well known for her silence. She never speaks, never makes a sound and always makes sure to silence whoever she was tasked with. If you pay well, she will kill whoever you want but break the rules and she will hunt you down, no matter the status. Just pray you will never be surrounded by silence.

Pray you will never meet any of them and pray they will never meet eachother. Cause if they do, no one is safe
