Do not trust medical advice from random tumblr blogs, especially on how to perform surgery on yourself. This can kill you.

There appear to be troll/anti-abortion blogs posting self abortion advice that will get people killed. Posts sending people to religious fanatics instead of legitimate info resources. Posts advocating avoiding real medical assistance in favor of self harm and more.

We have all seen the reality-shredding lies that got this country where it is today, and you can expect them to continue, taking advantage of panic and fear as always to harm us.

Do research. Find resources you trust. Talk to people you trust. But for the love of god:

DO NOT TRUST RANDOM TUMBLR POSTS WITH YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH.

Now that its almost pride month, reminder that there are non-gay people in the LGBTQ community

and they deserve to be included in your pride posts/memes and in pride events.

Trans people (both binary and nonbinary) can be straight

Bisexual, pansexual, omnisexual, and polysexual people don’t always want to be called gay, part-gay, “basically gay”, etc.

Asexual people can be heteroromantic & label themselves as straight

Aromantic people can be heterosexual & label themselves as straight

Intersex people can be straight

And there’s probably other examples that arend coming to mind either

i haven’t had to do this in ages and never thought i would again but i’ve hit a massive slump at work that started with me getting COVID six weeks ago. i’ve had to exhaust all of my savings and am back to living paycheck-to-paycheck, and my most recent one wasn’t even enough to cover rent.

naturally, this could mean a lot of trouble for me as i’m now delinquent, which has never once been a problem in the year i’ve lived here. i’d rather avoid any dire measures so i could use some help. i’m short about $1000 but anything at all will help.
