tfw when you were born in 99 so you're forever the schrodingers cat of every single movement. Too young to be a millenial and too old to really fit into gen z territory. I feel like bismuth is determined and stubborn enough to go against the gems and return to homeworld anyway and try to kill off the remaining diamonds.(Just look, she almost killed Steven ,an ally, in a fit of rage over him not agreeing with her). The gems KNOW bismuth and that her running off was definitely a possibility which is why they don't want to risk her harming herself or others by leaving her unbubbled. Also, you have to question why she was bubbled the first time around. Clearly the other CG's didn't know she was bubbled or where she'd went. Only Rose knew what happened and to me, for Rose to do something as drastic as bubbling her friend and not telling any one else speaks volumes of how dangerous/unpredictable Bismuth can be.
