for clarification for other people in chat who were Concerned: i am pidgewings and i promise my ribs are doin just fine. had an old injury that makes it fun and difficult to do the whole “deep breathing” thing without lung puncture, and i was doing cardio, so it acted up a lot but it faded p quick and i am unharmed i promise. except maybe my dignity but i never had much of that
