Phosphophyllite from Houseki no Kuni. They are in their moon design, arms out to their sides and facing the camera at from a higher angle. They have a unnerving smile on their face as they look at the camera. Their hair and skin is a dark blue, while their outfit and gold on their arms and hair is a neon pink. The background is a distorted mix of dark blue, purple, pink and red.
