Train Chaser

A being discovered after travel through unstable areas by train became popular. It chases down anything on rails using its tendrils to grab and anchor itself to the backmost train car. Cutting it off with its jaws and replacing it, luring people to an untimely demise. If this doesn't work, it will simply tear the locomotive apart car by car until nothing remains.
