Venting cause UGH

I need to get real headphones. The only headphones in the house (its more like office headphones) that has an aux cable got damaged on the right ear! Now I only have my dad's earphones but I've been using those headphones for so long I'm not used to earphones anymore!

I often want to grab the nearest sharp object and bury it in my arm but I'm too scared to clean up after, so I'll just stick to biting my arms till they bruise.🙂
