Mean, green, fighting machine - Chapter 9 - CrazyFangirl14 - 僕のヒーローアカデミア | Boku no Hero Academia | My Hero Academia [Archive of Our Own]
in the staff room, Cemtoss was sitting at the computer while All Might walked by.
“Oh! The first year’s pro-picks are coming in. There's one... who Midoriya picked.”
“Ooh!! Who is it?” All might leaned back and searched for his young ward’s name.
‘He would probably pick something like king of murder’ All Might thought. Then he finally spotted it and his jaw dropped.
“Why would he pick Deku?!?”
zuku stood in front of Gran Torino's dilapidated old “base” with his things pack and really to go. He was almost sad to leave. Gran Torino was a good teacher, maybe better than All Might was.
“Hey, old man, thanks for everything,” Izuku said sincerely. Gran Torino just looked confused.
“I had nothing to do with what happened to you, you know. I didn’t do that much” Gran Torino grumbled.
“I know, but if you hadn't said all that you did, and the sparring... I don’t think I would have lasted very long. It was because of you, that I was able to face the hero killer.” Izuku said truthfully. He couldn’t let himself lie to this man. he trusted the old coot, maybe a little too much, because Gran smacked his leg with his walking stick.
“Ow!”
chapter eight! the last chapter! aghhhhhhh!!!!!
Marinette was sitting on her roof again waiting for something. The wind swept by and made her shiver. She was hooded in a blanket as she looked at the night sky. It wasn’t like she was waiting for chat noir to show up or anything, she told herself. No, she was just taking a break from all her sewing things. She had been working on a cloak, but her fingers would not respond to her commands and caused her to mess up serval times. That gave her a reasonable excuse to take a break and sit out here and let her thoughts wander.
With the smuggest look on her face, Mina watched as Midoriya was startled again and again, by uraraka popping up and trying to talk to him. He would run away or yell at her to mind her own business, but it was to no avail. The round-face girl would not be deterred.
To be honest, the whole thing was Mina’s idea. She wanted revenge on Midoriya for beating her again and again at Mario cart. With sneakiness, she convinced everyone that Uraraka should try to hang out with Midoriya. It was pure dumb luck, Uraraka had agreed and the rest was history, very entertaining history.
After 45 minutes on the bullet train, Izuku found himself nearing the address of Gran Torino.
“Gotta be one awesome...” he said to himself as he walked up. The building looked ready to fall apart at the slightest breeze. The welcome sign that hung over the door was hanging by a thread and about to fall at any moment. The building was surrounded by black and yellow warning stripes. All in all, it was a very shabby place.
“...guy...”
Izuku opened the front door and peeked his head in.
“Hey, I have come from U.A. high school! Is there a gran Torino in here? It’s Midoriya!” Izuku called out. Then he looked down and saw an old man on the floor, red surround him and what looked like his guts, spilled on the floor.
“OH no! He's dead! They're gonna think I killed him!” Izuku cried out.
Just as he predicted, things were different. All the smiles and kind words towards him felt like lies and mocking pity. Midoriya hated it. He hated his friends, (except for Kirishima, the stupid redhead, who didn’t try to give him any pity and had even offered to smack him in the face) and he hated his teachers, (except for all might) and he hated the villains, and he especially hated whoever hade spilled his secret to all the world. He was going to kill them. He was just, inches away from hunting the reporter down and breaking his nose.
Nightmares didn’t help his mood at all, they were filled with, not only people screaming at him to give up his dream, but had villains whispering dark things, even asking (ordering) him to join them. The only thing that made things better was Kota's thank you note.
Chapter five!!! Whoop whoop!
Marinette was usually the first people to get to her class. She was proud of her punctuation and how she was almost never late, unlike a certain blond boy who was almost late to every class.
When marinette walked into class she immediately glanced over to where Chloe was standing. The blonde brat was standing in front of Marinette’s own desk. When Chloe spotted her a frown spread across the drama queens face.
“Who would even like her” marinette heard her mutter darkly as she walked away and back to her own desk where Sabrina sat, finishing Chloe’s homework. Marinette now saw what she was angry about.
“Do you think that Midoriya wouldn’t do this again for you?” Todoroki questioned Iida, ignoring Kirishima.
“That is beside the point!" Iida spluttered.
“I have no doubt that if I was the one kidnapped... That Deku would being leading the charge to save me.” Bakugo added, “Even if it’s only to prove that he’s better than me.”
“Nobody said that we’re gonna break any laws...” Kirishima stepped forward.
“You don’t seriously think that we’re planning to smash the door, guns blazing? Do you?” Todoroki asked challengingly. Iida bit his lip hard as he struggled to find something to say.
“we’re getting him back without a fight. It's gonna be a covert mission. That’s how were heroes in training can fight... on the right side of the law!”
“I am coming too.” Yaoyorozu added, “You might need my help.”
“Yeah! We have to save him. He would do it for us!” Uraraka added.
“There’s no swaying you...” Iida muttered under his breath, in a louder voice he added, “In that case... take me with you!”
this fanfic is not written by me! It is written by the wonderful wrathkitty! In my unprofessional opinion, it's better than BlueSky.
Midoriya tapped his fingers on his desk as Sensei Aizawa droned on and on about hero things. He didn’t care. It was probably useless anyway. Shifting around in his seat, Midoriya sighed, breath puffing from his nose. He couldn’t focus on anything. The notebook on his desk that he usually had filled with notes by now was empty. The blank pages stared up at him, blinding him. His pen was gone, rolled off his desk, and far away by now. He would never get it back.
“I can't believe that we won,” Bakugo said as he looked at Iida and Uraraka.
“I can, we work well together. Poor Kirishima. He had two very uncooperative people on his team. It was no surprise we beat them.” Uraraka said.
“Yes, it was their lack of teamwork the caused them to fail. If they had worked together, then we would have undoubtedly lost.” Iida said.
“We should do something to celebrate.” Bakugo found himself suggesting. He almost clapped a hand over his mouth. He looked at the ground, not wanting to see their faces when they told him no. If he was lucky, they would be nice and try to think up reasons why they couldn’t. Uraraka and Iida made eye contact and they smiled at him. Unknown to anyone. Uraraka and Iida had made an agreement to help get Bakugo out of his shell.
“Yeah, that sounds like fun.” Uraraka said.
“We could go to the library to study!” Iida said. Bakugo and Uraraka stopped and looked at him weirdly.
“If we want to excel at the things we have been doing then we must study more!” Iida explained, chopping at the air.
“Okay then, let's go study,” Bakugo said.
