Okay I want y’all’s opinions…
I am 5’4” and I had originally set my goal weight to be 128 but now I am thinking 118? Because in reality 128 is basically 130 and I want to be in the 20s so maybe 118? Is that too low for someone my size? Which should be my goal?
Weight loss update!!
So I’ve been counting calories again and staying really physically active and this is my weight loss from the last couple weeks. I don’t weigh in every day just whenever I feel like it.

Ehh, I’m not a big fan of meanspo to be honest. As much as I want to change my body, I’m in one of the best mental states of my life and I think I have a pretty good grip on my weight loss so I think I’ll pass for now.
