2020, me was a whole different person, dealing with family death, depression and a whole slew of other things. He was discovering himself. He went by Noah. And Noah was stuck in a religion he didn't believe in. He would be dragged to church, and he hated it. Most sermons were met with defiance (by sneaking in earbuds so he could dissociate through the hour.) And he fully saw himself as a trans man. Because he was, at that point in his life.

Cut to 2025 me. I'm a lot happier, still dealing with depression and whatnot, but I made it to 20, which is something I didn't really see for myself. I've rediscovered my identity and have fallen back to using my middle name and identifying as nonbinary (which is one thing 13 year old me got right.) I have the space to indulge in my fixations and I have friends who genuinely care for me. I really don't know what else to say lol.

2020 strange - i bleached the living shit out of my hair during quarantine and had to shave most of it off. i spent every day playing terraria and mincraft with my now fiance! we'd only been together around six months at that point.

2025 strange - i have not touched hair dye since 2020 lmao. i've been growing out my hair for five years and it now touches the middle of my back. it's too long to be as curly as it once was :') i spend my days writing now. would love to play terraria all the way through again though
