Have you checked out the kickstarter for GOTHIC TALES OF HAUNTED LOVE yet? Please consider supporting it if you’re able, and are interested in well-crafted gothic romance with fantastic representation. As written on the kickstarter page, “ghostly love isn’t limited to white girls in white dresses and brooding lords in Victorian England ” The art above shows 2/6 bookmarks I’m designing for the kickstarter, featuring characters from the following comics which will appear within: Ouroboros - by myself and L.A.B. Goldblind - by Hope Nicholson and Scott Chantler There will be more bookmark designs revealed soon! Stay tuned, and check out the anthology!
Glam rock Lestat (for that 80s aesthetic). Always pictured him with big curly hair when reading about his rockstar era.
I sketched a little Daenerys for school! Which derpy dragon is your favourite?
So I've been watching Clone Wars for the first time and noticed that the likelihood of Dooku showing up when he threatens to...is very low. Benefits of a hybrid work environment I guess!
An icon of my gothic romance mains, Lord Alexander Blythe and Miss Temperance Malenova.
Pose referenced from the film "When a Man Loves" (a snippet of which I couldn't stop watching).
I dyed my hair for the first time! It's purple now (though it looks dark brown when not in direct sunlight)
Pt. 2 of Val's Dusk City Outlaws outfits! These are super fun to make.
me: what do you want for your birthday?
@savagegardenaesthetic: NUTRIBULLET <3<3<3
Happy birthday to the most wonderful person in the universe! I love and adore you!
"There's a ghost at Edevane, one only Temperance can see."
This Valentine's Day, I figured I'd post the first drawing I made of the main characters from "Temperance", my WIP gothic romance novel.
Oh the left, Miss Temperance Malenova, the titular protagonist. With the strange glowing pistol to the right, Lord Alexander Blythe.
I'm working on a proper summary and some more art to share as I continue working on their story.
Here she is! Nott in a traditional Bulgarian dress (I gave her a headdress too, since she seems to wear hoods and such a lot)
A rough sketch of our group’s Dusk City Outlaw characters! (YesIAmMackenzie on Twitter is the judge)
From left to right,Thorn the sharpshooter (@savagegardenaesthetic) Puck the grifter (Allenjan74 on Twitter), Hazel the poisoner (@suzirya), and Valentine is my masquerader.
