Rosanna's Tips - 2/♾
Have a special show or playlist that you can only listen to while you workout.
Then whenever you want to watch that show or listen to that audio you have to go and workout.
Rosanna's Tips - 1/♾
Look up insp0 to workout on tiktok and look at the Gymbro content.
Sure they may have different goals to you, but their methods are similar. They workout a lot and have a c@lor13 d3f1c1t.
They have loads of great recommendations for motivational podcasts and some of the best m34nsp0 I have ever seen.

hi 4n4’s,
i have no way of counting steps, but i walk for about 50 minutes everyday, does anyone have an estimate of how many steps that would be?
i keep seeing people on here saying you should do 10k steps but i don’t know how much that would be?

09:10 - history source question tutoring session
chilled at the library with my friend and did about three hours of studying, working on memorising my history essays
my main motivation is that i’ve told literally everyone how desperate i am to get into oxford and how i would be so happy there and i’m working hard to get in … and how embarrassing would it be to say i didn’t get the grades to even be eligible to apply
Tag one person for every hour you've studied today!
I'll go first: mine is a conversation that happened on a group chat last exam season. This girl replied to a message and all her friends started immediately spamming the group, actually shocked that she was online because she was spending almost every waking hour studying.
When I'm tired and demotivated but thinking about the future doesn't work because it seems so far away, I picture that girl in her room working for hours while I'm wasting my time scrolling. Then I get up.
No pressure! @thedungeonbat @cinnanoc @thesaddersalad @notyourtypicalfool @silentlydying and anyone who wants to join
Thought this might be fun
