If you feel discomfort when trying to embrace the new story don't get discouraged. It doesn't have anything to do with your ability and it doesn't mean you're doing something wrong.
The discomfort is proof that you are challenging your negative beliefs. Feeling discomfort is proof that you're doing something. Your brain is starting to integrate your new thought process and it is beginning to dismantle the old one. Your brain hates holding conflicting beliefs and it hates being wrong. The discomfort is NOT proof of failure, it's proof that your brain is considering what you're affirming.

- seeing flashing lights is a common shifting symptom. which makes sense cause it’s from the pineal gland, which is the holder of consciousness (damn so I guess if u see flashing lights ur doing something right)
- Reya Singh talks about gaining cosmic energy to shift realities thru meditation too (pls check out her youtube I highly recommend!)
- anyways I highly recommend this book to shifters!! next post will be about frequencies/brainwaves

A simplified version of how to reality shift
Clarification: you don't need a method!!
• With this method you don't need a script or a routine before shifting.
Steps:
1. Enter a meditative state (any way you want)
2. When you're about to fall asleep, you're there
3. In this state you will begin to see complete darkness (void state, where your intentions are stronger)
4. You will begin to think/visualize what reality you want to go to, where your body is and in what position and you will begin to incorporate your five senses.
5. That is, you begin to become aware of your DR (but said like that it sounds a bit complicated, although it is NOT)
6. When you feel that you have already shifted DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES, continue concentrating a bit more on your five senses and -try- not to get so excited so as not to run the risk of ""being sent back""
If you don't understand very well about the five senses and "being aware" of your DR, here I explain it a little better
• I put this with "steps" but it was just to organize it a little more, it's a short method actually
How many times are you "going to put your foot down" and "finally get what you want" ?
How many times are you going to restart?
How many times are you going to see a new challenge and get excited only to get demotivated after a few days or even hours?
How many times are you going to be like "this is the day I get into the void or shift" only to fall asleep when the time comes?
How many times are you going to be motivated to manifest only when something terrible happens to you and then go back to slacking when everything seems alright again?
For how long are you going to stay this comfortable in your misery?
For how long are you going to wish it was you who succeeded when seeing someone else's success story?
For how long are you gonna scroll through tumblr searching for new posts and new info even though every post here is saying almost the same things?
This is not a competition to see who can stay for the longest in loatumblr..please you know everything. So get your shit and get outta here and live your dream life before it's too late.
Shifting motivation mainly for permashifters, once you finally get there none of your problems here are gonna matter. That thing that stressed you out? Doesn't exist. Feeling sad and depressed? Boom everyday is gonna feel like a gift. Even if your problem seems so huge and unavoidable it won't be able to affect you in your drs. In a few years you might not even remember what it was like. It'll all just seem like a bad dream
