Even magical ponies can get pushed past their breaking point! Who knows what she spent those 1000 years doing. Wish’s return is very similar to how it was in E1 of the show. Twilight comes to Ponyville, meets the other 5, friendship stuff happens, they find the “elements of harmony”, a spell is cast, and suddenly WishBright has returned in her “normal” form. What a cool coincidence that everything lined up so perfectly that way
