Thinking about…the way Shoto just collapses on you after a long day. It was a habit he’d developed back in your UA days months after the two of you had started dating that he’d just never stopped. Not that you’d want him to, just knowing that he felt safe enough to relax into you after everything he’s been through was a clear indicator of just how the far the two of you had come both as people and as a couple. So even now as he threw his shoes to the side, fatigue clearly weighing heavily on him he made a beeline to where you sat on the couch of your shared apartment before practically throwing himself onto you, you knew you’d never change a damn thing even if he does occasionally crush you in his sleep.

Thinking about Cowboy!Belphegor and the way he lounges around letting his brothers do all the heavy lifting looking so pleased with himself even in his sleep. It had started off small, a tiny argument because your husband had missed one of your important work events after promising that he’d be there this time. But Katsuki being Katsuki and you not backing down had blown it out of proportion.

“I forgot okay! My bad! I wasn’t there, I will be next time!! He yelled as you huffed “You’re never here! That’s the fucking point Katsuki!” you yelled back causing him to shut his mouth quickly and glare at you with narrowed eyes “You keep saying you’ll be there but you never are!” 

“I have a fucking city to save that’s why!!” he shouted trying to reason with you but to no avail as tears sprang to your eyes in frustration. He wasn’t getting it. The past few months had been like living with a stranger and you’d only been married a year and you were tired. “There are plenty of other heroes for the city! I only have one husband and sometimes it feels like I don’t even have that!! You yelled tears of frustration pricking your eyes as you willed him to understand but to no avail as he scoffed “don’t be so dramatic”.

“Dramatic? Really?? When was the last time you asked about my day?? When was the last time you said ‘I love you’?” you questioned as he paused counting the days in his head but to no luck as he shrugged reluctantly. He couldn’t remember. “Exactly.” With that, you grabbed your pillow and made your way out of the bedroom because it was late and if you didn’t lay down you were gonna break down right there on the floor. 

He fucked up. He knew that, he hadn’t realized it had been so long. Now he laid in a cold bed all alone and a pillow missing but that didn’t matter as he kept replaying your question in his head; when was the last time he had said he loved you?? But he couldn’t find and answer and the only answer there was would simply break his heart in two. You didn’t normally yell, not at him so how long had you been feeling this way? All these questions and no answers were driving him crazy as he thrashed around in the bed trying to get comfortable. 

You were gone by morning. Gone to stay at a friend's house according to the note you had left. He wasn’t sure why sleeping in the living room wasn’t adequate in putting space between the two of you but while he was sure you were still pissed he called anyway. You didn’t pick up the phone, no doubt still sleeping but it still stung although he knew you needed the rest for you had been worrying yourself sick over him for months now. 

You never did come back. And there never was a next time.

He’s the hype man in the relationship. Feeling shitty? It’s now his life's mission to fix that.

This man cannot cook. He will ruin your cookware, probably even burn down the kitchen.

Honestly, quality time isn’t as common as he’d like working as a pro-hero, teacher, and radio show host. 

He loves to yap, if you let him, he’ll talk for hours.

It seems like he gets excited over small things but they aren’t small to him

He will not be saving you from any spiders, if you try to insist he take care of it he’s coming with a blow torch

He probably drives around listening to the most random radio stations

If loud noises are an issue for you, he’d try to tone it down for you but he’d definitely slip up a couple times

If you’re also a hero he’s going to brag about you nonstop like someone please save his friends

He loves matchy couple stuff, it could be jewelry, sweatshirts, literally anything and he’ll wear it with a shit eating grin

Thinking about…

Thinking about your first time using a flogger on Barbatos. The wooden handle heavy in your hand but also empowering in a way. Being about to whip and caress a demon as powerful as Barbatos, to see this side of him was addicting. The marks left by the leather if even for a moment sending adrenaline through your veins, and the sounds he makes as the leather makes contact with his skin were heavenly even coming from a demon. Low grunts and groans that sent heat rushing through your body as even what little you were wearing became too much to handle. 

“Hurry up guys Kirishima just said they were on their way back” you panicked as everybody worked to set out food and such on a table.

Kirishima had dragged Bakugou out a little over four and a half hours ago and though you missed him you weren’t exactly ready for him to return yet, your nerves where all over the place as your classmates helped to hang decorations as you laid out the gifts Mitsuki had helped you and his friends to purchase by going through her sons room and finding out what he could possibly enjoy

“Relax y/n, I’m sure he’ll like everything, mainly because you planned it, but we don’t talk about that part” Midoriya patted you on the back before continuing to direct people and help out where needed.

You had to stand there for a moment, slightly overwhelmed by everything that was happening around you, you were excited yes but your senses were still struggling to handle everything as fast as you needed it to.

“I’m gonna go up to my room for a second!” you called out to the green haired boy as he attempted to assist Iida in hanging a banner “Okay We’ve got everything handled here!” he responded not looking at you as you sped walked up to your room to try and settle yourself.

You got there much quicker than you yourself had expected and laid on your bed, before reaching over and putting on the headphones that Katsuki had bought you knowing how overstimulating things could get around school.

‘I'll just lay in here for a minute’ you thought to yourself but the comfort of your bed, and the way they seemed to envelope you in the familiar scent of your boyfriends body wash as he had stayed the night with you many times before the sheets seeming to cling desperately to the smell as it combined with the comfort of your bed to lull you to sleep.

The bed dipped as gentle hands removed your headphones effectively waking you up from an accidental nap, though sleep lingered in your body as you realized how long you’ve been asleep, the moonlight fully replacing the sunshine that was present when you first laid down.

“Go back to sleep dumbass” The voice of your boyfriend whispered from behind you as he pulled you into him, “but what about the par-” you began to ask sitting up as he pulled you back down “it’s already over dummy” his gruff voice laughed 

“Really? I slept through it?!” you panicked as he laughed even more “yep, stupid Deku told me about your sneaky ass party planning but non of them had seen you” he explained 

“They should’ve woken me up” you huffed getting comfortable in your bed once more feeling guilty that you had slept through an event you had planned in the first place.

“I woulda killed them if they did that” he responded in his usual tsundere ton “Don’t think I haven’t noticed the lack of sleep you’ve been getting, staying up reading that weird ass smut all night” he held you tighter a you sighed your face burning slightly at the revelation

“We don’t talk about that kat” you hushed him playfully “Did you at least enjoy yourself while I was sleeping?” you asked knowing Kirishima would have held him hostage at the party, especially after all the time went into it.

“It was alright, woulda been better without those dumbasses trying to keep me downstairs instead letting me come up here sooner” he also huffed “how’d ya know it was my birthday anyway?” he asked curious as he hardly remembered his own birthday

“Mitsuki called” you smiled cheekily as he chuckled “of course the old hag did” 

“I should at least go help with cleaning up though” you figured as you made another effort to get out of bed, the air cold compared to the warmth of your bed especially now that there was one other person in it.

“Nope” and again, you were gently dragged back down, calloused and rough hands caging you “It’s already done stupid, let’s just go to sleep” he insisted burying himself into your neck as you gave up trying to move “yeah that sounds nice” you sighed relaxing fully back into his body.

“Happy birthday Kat” you whispered as he kissed the nape of your neck softly

“Love you dumbass” and with that you both retired into a soft realm of slumber where not rain or snow could take away the tranquility of this moment.

-From outside the room-

“Denki I don’t think you should be filming them-” Kirishima tried to stop his friend who had filmed your entire interaction

“But it makes good blackmail” he whined as Sero snatched the camera from him “as much as I agree with you there, Kirishima’s right, we should just leave them alone” 

“Alrighttt”

You had wondered why he was spending so much more time in the office.

You almost wished you had minded your own business because nothing could hurt more than the sight in front of you. He hadn’t even spotted you yet, busy paying attention to the blonde under his desk, his secretary you realize. The very woman he had told you not to worry about."We're just coworkers Y/N” he had promised but he was a demon now, his promises meant nothing but stupidly you had hung onto every single one trusting that the love of your life wouldn’t lead you on and lie to you, a mistake on your part you’re now realizing as you watch him with his head tossed back in pleasure a look you knew well. Tears pricked your eyes as your chest felt tight, suffocating almost as you stood there frozen. A sniffle escaping you as you fight off the urge to collapse into a sobbing mess in front of all of his already gossiping coworkers, that sniffle was enough to alert his senses to your presence as he quickly pushed the blonde away, “Y/n what’re you doing here?” he asked shocked as he attempted to straighten out his clothes “I came to bring you lunch but that was clearly a mistake” you spat no longer caring about protecting his public image “Y/n it’s not what it looks like I promise” he swore walking towards you as if you were a hurt animal in need of rescuing “oh so your dick wasn’t just down her throat?” you ask sarcastically knowing good and well that you had caught him, and no matter how much it hurt you had to end things or he would only do it again. “Well, it was but I promise you it didn’t mean anything” he attempted to soothe you but it only made you see red through your tears as people gathered around to watch the spectacle all he did was throw around promises as if they meant anything to you anymore. “Do you think I’m stupid Lucifer? Do you think so lowly of me that you would consider this okay??” You hiccuped trying not to cry in front of him as he quickly shook his head “No of course not my love-” “Don’t call me that” you snapped shoving his lunch into his chest angrily knowing he was much too prideful to defend his actions against you not that it would fix anything cause you both knew, despite everything you’ve been through, that the two of you were over and there was nothing as painful as as the look of regret you could see in his bright red eyes before you turned away. As you walked away, you did so with the knowledge that you would no longer be hanging onto the promises of a man who could so easily betray you for who knows how long while you were waiting for his return.
