Here's how to start moving forward, even when those doubts feel heavy:
The "Name It to Tame It" approach is incredibly powerful. When you catch yourself in a spiral of doubt, pause and name exactly what you're afraid of. Sometimes just saying "I'm afraid of failing" or "I'm doubting my abilities" can take away some of its power. It's like turning on the light and realizing the shadow wasn't as scary as it seemed.
Try this simple but effective technique: When self-doubt creeps in, ask yourself, "What would I tell my best friend if they were in this situation?" We're often much kinder and wiser when advising others than when talking to ourselves.

Just because we hold the ability to manifest things doesn't means we HAVE TO use it for everything.
I didn't manifested subs cuz I didn't wanted to use void for every literal thing and I'm not starving for subs either, I'm neutral to this, if I gain subs that's okay, if not that's okay too.
When you will enter void, you will experience this too. IT'S NORMAL :)

Hey Everyone,
Back again with a mini report of my overall thoughts on my first true attempt at ‘Reality Shifting’. The more I’ve sat back and thought about what happened; I’ve noticed I missed a few details that may be important to others. During the transition between my OR and what I assume to be my DWR. I noticed there were flashes of images in sort of like a paint splatter. Wasn’t really defined, not really blown up more so at a distance but noticeable distance.
I want to also point out the reason I say this is my first true attempt, is because I never allow my body to sit in sleep paralysis that long to truly try and shift. In sleep paralysis it’s not the void state and I believe (may not be factual) you cannot expect instant results. You have to sit in that for 5-10 maybe even up to 15 minutes. It’s uncomfortable but an experience I think is worth it now.
In my DWR it’s a chandelier at the entrance area of the home, it’s very distinct nothing I’ve truly seen outside of pictures in my CR. In the paint splatter like image I saw that exact chandelier. It was in flashes but I do remember seeing it, especially because I’ve only seen that chandelier in pictures. I’d say a couple times not many to truly remember. I realized I seen it when I was scrolling through my feed and the Insta influencer house that I want to use as a waiting room popped up.
I also wanted to point out during the vortex experience, it did feel like flying with wind. I know my fan was on, but the way I sleep to do this which is possibly important too. I cover my ENTIRE BODY and ONLY leave out room for me to breath peacefully. I do this because it feels like I’m in a capsule of some sort, and that my body is protected (not sure if it really does lol). I practice the tuning that Robert Monroe advises to do in the ‘Getaway Tapes’ also. I believe the ‘Gateway Tapes’ we’re extremely useful for me and I’ve only gone up to FOCUS 12.
I practiced the first few tapes up until the FOCUS 12 for about two-three times. I believe less for the tapes in between. Looking forward to another adventure!

when it comes to the law of assumption, reality shifting wtv manifesting you do. You are the one in control. You decide what is going to happen.
So when it comes to thinking you are "stuck" and you start to persist and believe that you are. That is where things start to play out. By believing that you are stuck and not going anywhere in your journey. You won't. You made up that belief and your mind, so now you going to stay stuck in that.
there's always an answer to every solution, even if you feel like it is going nowhere. Just because you feel stuck doesn't mean you actually are. Just because you have been following the same path for miles now doesn't mean it is leading nowhere. Sometimes the most quiet and boring journeys can lead us to greater things.
Believe in the positive stuff, believe that you aren't stuck. Figure out these feelings. And remember that your journey is how YOU make it.

stop worrying
i manifested majority of my dream life in 3 months, simply because i stopped worrying. i stopped asking "how" or "when", i stopped wondering if i needed to take extra steps or if i needed to put in work. i stopped worrying about if i was doing the right methods or if the process was happening. i stopped asking and started doing; started affirming daily, reminding myself, stopped wavering, interrupted negative thoughts immediately during occurance and replaced them with positive ones.
i used to have no path in life, i didn't have a job, friends, a relationship, wasn't in school, depressed, struggling with an eating disorder. i was literally living the staple life that most people would absolutely dread.
i switched the entirety of my purpose around simply by telling myself otherwise. i rejected what others told me what my "reality" and replaced it with what i truly wanted. within 3 months, i was socializing more than i had in the last 3 years. i was getting opportunities i used to dream about.
and remember, it only took me 3 months because that's how long i choose for it to take. there were times where i would say "this will come next week" instead of "this will come within 0.00001 seconds". therefore, i got my results by next week instead of instantly. you choose your time period.
