SUPER cool theory!! I agree with everything you said and even had the same ideas, just wanted to say though that star buns are totally possible with black curly hair! its so cool!! There's actually. this amazing black hair sculpting girl that has a popular video on doing that EXACT hair style Aika has, which I can't believe im only realizing now. I think they got inspiration from her!
There's a lot to enjoy from @kianamaiart's animatic pilot, Pretty Pretty Please I Don't Want To Be A Magical Girl. It subverts expectations while providing fun characters and a fun concept. Our story introduces us to an "ordinary" girl named, Aika spending her first day at high school. She makes a new friend with a lonely girl named, Zira and gets a perfect score on her first in-class assignment. It's not until she's met by her "magical best friend", Hoshi that she's reminded of a very important duty. A duty in which Aika wants no part in. It wouldn't be until lunch time that things REALLY start to go off the rails. A powerful young man announces himself as, Eclipse (or Moon Man, as Aika puts it) while smashing through the school walls demanding for The Star Guardian to reveal herself. Zira tries to protect her new friend, but Aika rushes in to save the day reluctantly revealing that she is in fact The Star Guardian and a magical girl. We've already established that Aika isn't normal, but is there something else about her?
She recently moved into a new town wanting a normal life. Hell, the school that she goes to is literally called, School McSchool Memorial School. If that isn't the most blandest name for a school, I don't know what is. She's also really eager to do normal things such as getting ready for class, eating lunch, meeting losers, and doing tests. Speaking of which, she certainly does have a somewhat high intelligence since she was the only one in class to get a perfect score. When Hoshi comes to confront her about trapping the little star in a box, Aika is very adamant on maintaining this normal life saying that she "needs this" and "whatever needs to be done can be handled by the others back home". Others? Who are these others?
I feel as if Aika may be something more than what we're led on to believe. I think she may not have come from Earth. Or maybe she's always been magical, but never went to a school because of this. Think about it! She learns Zira is a "loser" and she immediately says, "Wow! A real life high school loser!" which is odd because you'd think she'd already know what a loser is at her age. She doesn't eat normally by how she scarfed down her food during lunch, her high test scores, how she randomly tells the teacher she loves her, she has never experienced a fire drill, she introduces herself to Zira by saying "I'm a normal girl with average talent & absolutely no secrets", and her hairstyle. If you've noticed, Aika's hairstyle is different from every other character (at this moment). Her hair also compliments her companion, Hoshi. What if she comes from a place where everything and everyone has this star motif going on? What if she was an alien civilian who was told by Hoshi that she was magical and right after she trapped Hoshi in a box, she booked it to planet Earth in the most normal-looking place to rebelliously live the life she always wanted to live. I could be wrong of course, but that's just a theory. But now that evil is growing, Aika will have to save the world (and likely the universe) whether she likes it or not with new friends along the way!
UGHHH GIVE ME ALL OF THIS NOW.

IM GIGGLING SM
RIP book πππ
when too good to be true is now just keeping yourself alive
Love how they had to say "transgender opponent" because that matters so much because obviously men are just stronger than women a woman could never hurt another woman
im being sarcastic.
Fuck it.
I don't even have the strength to comment on this.
I'm 100% done with this shit.
IT'S BOOK!!!!!!!!!!! I like her in bfdia not so much in tpot but her human ver is so fun to draw
exactly!!
I honestly think the thirst edits of him should be stopped as well, he shouldn't be sexualized, point blank he's a human being (especially right now he is facing the death penalty)π
We should be spreading awareness for luigi in other ways and continue our support, because the media will continue to use these forms of support as a way against him
calling women "deranged and mentally ill" or claiming he only has support because he's handsome
He is an innocent man who deserves to be free, but unfortunately media is crazy and they are against him so as his supporters we have to try our best to fight what they say
I finished the essay that the class had been working on for a month in one day (the day before itβs due.) because I couldnβt bring myself to work on it earlier.
Who said procrastination didnβt work
I see Courtney posts on #riot grrrr CONSTANTLY. Like every swipe at least two Courtney lovers. It genuinely makes me SO ANGRY. Stop idolizing a fraud!?!? and because what? Because she's pretty? And hot? Why are you even a riot grrrl if you like her because of that. What makes you different from anybody else?
She's not iconic or different or new. She's just pretty, and a fucking terrible person.
read this if you actually are interested in learning why I hate Courtney Love
Right?? And grown adults have no clue about the absolute HORRORS indigenous women, or just any indigenous person faces today. And nobody cares to learn either. We're so busy comparing ourselves to the US and patting ourselves on the back for being "progressive" that we don't know and don't even care to learn about our own issues.c The reserves are so insanely unsafe and isolated people are forced to HITCH HIKE to escape to Vancouver (which is STILL unsafe) or literally any city. Vancouver, downtown is a hell hole.
I think it's horrific how long we wait to tell kids about their country's bad history. Like you spend your whole life thinking you live in the best country in the whole wide world until high school when they tell you the government actually eradicated an entire culture a couple hundred years ago. Like isn't that insane? No wonder there's so many people who think it didn't happen.
Cosmo is my favourite character. He's sweet, caring, oblivious to jokes, a little too nervous for his own good, and very self-sacrificial (why does nobody talk about this part?) Since I'm one of the rare cosmo fans who like him for who he is-or just rare cosmo fan period since they don't exist unless they like fruitcake...- I DESPISE mischaracterization of him, especially by people who don't even like him that much. People (not even cosmo fans) get enraged when Cosmo is even REMOTELY feminine... despite him obviously being a feminine guy in cannon. No, it's not making him an uwu femboy to draw him with his literally cannon cute asf stockings. It's okay for him to be a Twink... Anyways, not everybody overreacts like that but some people who hate it try to be different by going the complete opposite, even if it means changing his entire fucking character. YOU ARE STILL MISCHARACTERIZING COSMO. I see him turned into a very masculine, confident, snarly guy and people go "Wow! finally an accurate Cosmo!)
... DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHO COSMO IS?? Like I'm fine with OOC but own up to it. And if suddenly the fandom can handle OOC, then we all need to give Junepa0 a huge apology.
Oh right and side note, people who like top Cosmo always feel the need to completely change his personality and make him taller, like... just make an oc at this point. You don't need to change his character to make him a 'top', at that point, just don't.
