Off the top of my head, I have a bit of a head cannon that the Ghost Ronin trains the Hashira and they are not used to seeing him heal himself.

As the sun touch Akaza's skin he winched and kicked Rengoku away from him. He ran into the safety of the trees, taking Rengoku's sword with him.

The flame Hashira laid on his back as the trio surrounded him asking if he was okay.

Rengoku didn't respond instead, he just smiled.

Muzan with a demon s/o that wants to transition to a different gender (like mtf for example) but doesn't know how. they never felt like the gender they was born with but feel like they'd be happier to be another so badly they ask muzan for help I feel like he would understand, since he can be any form, and any form he takes is attractive (kid muzan is adorable gkfrbgkdfm)

first things first: You can't hide anything from Muzan. He watches you every day stare at your clothes and yourself in the mirror your shared bedroom

He can tell your are uncomfortable in your own skin and leaves subtle hints that you can wear or do anything that you want

like if your are female but feel present more masculine he will bring your clothes accordingly and vise versa

If your a human he will offer to turn you into a demon and that you can be anything that you want

If your a demon and like to change your form into a male/female he will always say he loves you just the say

If anyone even dares to think about the way you look he'll kill him... just drop dead
