HOW TO CREATE AN ENERGISING MORNING ROUTINE

HOW TO CREATE AN ENERGISING MORNING ROUTINE
HOW TO CREATE AN ENERGISING MORNING ROUTINE
HOW TO CREATE AN ENERGISING MORNING ROUTINE

WAKE UP EARLIER. Waking up early looks different for a lot of us, and i’m not going to reccomend waking up at 5am for a lot of us. Whatever time you wake up now, I would suggest waking up 30 minutes or so earlier and see how you feel.

If you feel like you really need those 30 minutes to sleep, then use it sleeping. Whatever time makes you feel like you are at the best, is the perfect time for you. It does take some trial and error to find this time, but it’s worth it.

Another thing, I generally wouldn’t suggest waking up past 10am. If you sleep in a little too much, you do become a bit sluggish during the first hours of your day, but whatever works for you.

SUNLIGHT FIRST THING. Going outside, a hot girl walk or simply opening your windows to allow the sun to come in helps our body to become awake. Natural sunlight is a sign to our bodies that we need to start the day.

This also promotes a healthy rise in cortisol to support our mood, focus and energy. This natural increase in cortisol helps with melatonin production in the evening, which improves the quality of your sleep.

Exposure to unnatural light can disrupt this rhythm, so it’s best to stay away from any devices and turn off of your lights before and after you wake up. Ideally, an hour after you wake up, should be spent device-free. (aside from alarms or setting habit tasks)

NO PROCESSED, CAFFEINATED OR SUGARY FOODS, before you have a proper meal. When we eat these foods before a nutritious meal, it can lead to a spike in cortisol and blood sugar levels first thing in the morning, which leads to crashing in the afternoon after the spike goes down.

When we eat after we wake up, it stabilises our blood sugar levels and replenishes ourselves after our fast. If need to be, meal prep the night before so you can have a quick and easy breakfast. As long as it properly fuels your body.

GENTLE EXERCISES. You’ve just woken up, so you don’t want to rush your body into something too hardcore until you feel like you’re fully awake. Gentle exercises could mean stretching, a light walk or if you’re feeling a bit energised, pilates.

SET INTENTIONS. Set the theme for how you want to feel at the start of the day, during and end. It doesn’t have to be something productive, but a feeling that you want to achieve and maximise and use that feeling in what you do.

For ex. In the morning, I want to feel calm. During the day, I want to feel productive. At the end of the day, I want to feel accomplished.

SHORT TO-DO LISTS! To-do lists that are more than 3 major tasks usually are unmanageable. While you can break down those 3 major tasks, try to avoid having more than 3 major tasks.

If you do have more than 3, consider moving them into a different date if its not urgent or cutting that task completely if its not urgent and unimportant. How you assess the urgency and importance of your tasks is up to you, as you know what productivity means to you.

Remember the basics as well, such as hydration, mindfullness, and at least one fun activity in the morning. Thank you so much for the support, even while I was a bit inactive <3

💗💋SELF-LOVE WILL SAVE YOU💗💋

💗💋SELF-LOVE WILL SAVE YOU💗💋

💗Loving yourself and feeling good about yourself is so crucial. Self-love is the best love and it will save you. You will always have yourself and you are going to spend your whole life with yourself so it is not cute to feel bad about yourself.

💋Self-love is not believing that you are better than others , it is believing that you are not less than others . The reason loving yourself can be difficult sometimes is because you are seeking validation from others , you are giving too much importance to what others are saying and listening to their words as if they are facts. Opinions do not decide who you are , it is you. You decide who you are , you are the creator of your reality.

💋Self-love can make manifesting easy too. Of course , you do not need self-love to manifest. When I manifested my summer vacations to extend , I did not love myself or feel good about myself , after manifesting summer vacations , I was really happy but the happiness was temporary . After few weeks , I still attracted people who would make question my self-worth. If you develop self-love , you will evoke self-confidence and realize your self-worth. I have made two posts ( click me and click me ) on why you should treat yourself well and feel good about yourself. Self-concept and self-love will make your life easy. Also , when you know your worth , you will not give a damn about what others say about you and you will not tolerate mistreatment from others. At the end of the day , it is you , you decide your worth , your self- worth is intrinsic, no external factor can take it away. Read these posts to realize your self-worth- click me and click me !

💗💋SELF-LOVE WILL SAVE YOU💗💋

💗Practice affirmations . Listen to songs which will make you feel confident. Do not listen to sad songs or watch sad shows or movies when you are depressed , doing so can make you feel worse. Practice atleast one self-care activity daily.

💗💋SELF-LOVE WILL SAVE YOU💗💋

how im preparing for 2025⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🍬💕

How Im Preparing For 2025⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🍬💕

MY MANIFESTING LIST ;

every year i always make a list of the things that i wanna manifest in 2025, i dont always complete it in the first sitting bcuz i add onto it as the year progresses but i like to have a basic framework of everything that im manifesting in that year.

How Im Preparing For 2025⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🍬💕
How Im Preparing For 2025⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🍬💕

also along with my manifest list for 2025, i also create a 2025 vision board because it motivates me and reminds me of all the amazing things that im going to experience in 2025.

REFLECTING ON THIS YEAR ;

so in my notion i have a section called the 'monthly digest' where every single month i break down the 4 weeks of the month and everything that i did in them in relation to my goals. after every month i write a little summary.

so with that being said i have a LOT to go back to and reflect on so that i can see what i accomplished this year and what i can do better in the next year. this reflection system that i have is so helpful so i'll set one up for 2025 so that i can also have that at my disposal.

BREAKING UP THE NEXT YEAR ;

i break up my year into 4 quarters (each lasting 3 months) that way i can see my year broken up and i have a clear plan and i can be organized. quarter one (january - march) quarter two (april - june) so on and so forth. and after every quarter i do a little analysis.

How Im Preparing For 2025⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🍬💕
How Im Preparing For 2025⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🍬💕

something else that i wanna try for next year is giving myself quarterly themes. like for each quarter of the year i'll focus on a different aspect of myself, i think that could be fun…💬🎀

PREPARATIONS ;

im wrapping up some things like my projects, assignments and things of that nature so that i can go into the next year on a clean slate. furthermore im making plans for new years eve, and january and making sure that i've already set some things in motion.

all in all, with everything in motion and everything set in place im going into the new year INCREDIBLY confident 💕📔
