Happy Pride!! Yeah, I'm a handful of days late BUT I wanted to take my time with this one and I'm SUPER happy with it :))

I did a pride doodle of BOAK last year so I wanted to do one for this year too. Added the flags I headcanon these dudes as too cuz why not. (and if you have different ones, they are so valid and i love you)

Thinking of maybe doing more text posts on here instead of solely my art. It would probably be my thoughts/comments on stuff I'm into (let's be real it's mostly gonna be aladdin related).

Like posts of my Aladdin broadway musings, really. It'll still mainly be art here, just with commentary sprinkled in here and there.

i've been drawing aladdin musical stuff so long i have like no ideas left, but i love the characters and story so

Sketch of Aladdin. Usually I'm biased toward drawing the original cast when I draw, but this time I doodled the current Aladdin actor in the Broadway show, Michael Maliakel. I really like his portrayal of the character, I think he's my favorite Aladdin so far.

Sketch from a while ago of Babkak and Kassim. I really enjoy interactions between these two. There's a lot of snark and sass but you can tell they're really good friends who communicate via insults.

Kassim: "I don't stay where I'm not appreciated!"

latest art drop for my friends at new amsterdam theatre. some wall hangings of Babkak, Omar, Kassim and Iago! i added beading on them as well that reflects their costumes and to add to that agrabah vibe.

i brought these a few weeks ago when i went for my birthday, so they have probably been hanging in the new am since which is very cool!
