i feel bad for the exploding-head guy. i mean, sure they're not doctors but to me a ghost with an exploding head qualifies a lot less as a medical issue than a live girl with a supernatural parasite. obviously they weren't going to NOT save niko but "we are not doctors" is a weird thing to say about a ghost with what is obviously a supernatural problem. his whole afterlife is a nonstop cycle of worsening agony and short-lived relief, and something must be causing that, right? and it's definitely not an actual, try-these-pills, lay-down-in-the-dark migraine

In love with the newer trend of portraying difficult to imagine concepts like death and time being represented by bureaucratic offices or something. It’s like at some point in storytelling we all decided, “hey, time travel is confusing, but you know what else is confusing? Paper trails, desk jobs, and the DMV. I’m looking at Loki, The Dead Boy Detectives, and Good Omens. Love the idea keep it coming.
