6. an ill parent, an after school job, a suspicious person 

7. a shopping mall, time travel, bells chiming 

8. a warm fire, a traveler seeking shelter for the night, a deal to be settled in blood 

9. reincarnation, a spell that goes wrong, a smashed vase 

10. footprints, fog, a bus
