A simple question but maybe not so the answer and I apologise if this has come up before.

Where do you go from here - are you completely happy with where you are with Tom or do you have unfulfilled plans?

People have asked similar questions in the past and I'm not sure why they think that there is some reason to "go" anywhere. Both my husband and I are very happy and satisfied with what we are doing. It's not really all that much different from any other married couple's life... we really do not make any big deal about him being locked. Except for this Tumblr blog, we rarely even talk about it except in bed. Him being permanently caged and denied is "just how things are now."
