The explosion in the 2010s of atheist white YouTubers who were so anti Christian that they because antisemitic and islamophobic was insane. I don't fucking care that Christianity traumatized you - if you use that as an excuse to be a bigot, then you better expect people not to care about that trauma. Because you're not taking into consideration that WE come from a non-marginalized religion (in the West).

And yes, the way organized Christianity in the West is, is often very fucking traumatizing. I had luck and I didn't come unscathed. But if you choose to fight other religions instead of the system, then I'm sorry but you're just a huge fucking idiot.

I’ve been rereading the ACOTAR series and I’m coming to a realisation of WHY Nesta is so cold and rude to Feyre at first. Feyre, the youngest, was raised basically as the heir (father teaching her basic things about how to manage the estate) whilst Nesta, the eldest and natural heir, was basically raised to be cattle sold to slaughter in marriage.

I too would hate the younger sister who stole a birthright, albeit unintentionally, with misplaced anger from a neglectful father and ruthless mother having been raised to just be pretty and ready for marriage, that’s all she ever knew.

Lucien is sweet and kind in a way that none of the other male characters of Acotar are. All of these horrible things have happened to him, his friends and family have betrayed and thrown him aside multiple times, and he still wants to help. He still wants to fight for those who are even weaker then him, and just be a good person regardless of how it could benefit him.

He has nothing and no one and he still tries.

One of my favorite Jedi headcanons is that Jedi walk so quietly that they basically don't make any sound. Whether it's intentionally trained to the point that it's become a habit and they never think about it, it's intentionally trained and they're DOING it intentionally (either for practical reasons or just to fuck with someone), or it's some weird side effect of being Force sensitive that they can't control and everyone just has to figure out how to deal with it, I don't care, I love it all.
