am about to read preacher: is there any heads up yall want to give me before i dive in? i tried searching online and didnt see any post related to my Q so hope am not being annoying
If you sent me a question about Preacher, I haven’t received it. Maybe tumblr ate the message? So, not knowing what your question is specifically, general content warnings for Preacher that I would give are lots and lots of explicit violence, drug and alcohol abuse, rape, domestic violence, child abuse, referenced/off-screen bestiality and pedophilia, use of racial slurs, religiously motivated child abuse, basically all characters that experience same-gender attraction are in some way evil, and there is a huge lack of people of color in any capacity. Oh, and lots of blasphemy, if that’s a problem for you.
My posting speed on these is about to slow down DRAMATICALLY because I’ll be studying for my licensure exam next month. So, read, re-read and leave comments.
The first page of my Naruto fancomic. From here, I’ll post the comic in two-page batches as I complete them.

Dreamed that my eyeballs fell out. I poured some contact solution on them and popped them back in.
Dreamed that there was a really creepy monkey outside my house, so I had to bring the cats in. The monkey was yellow, had big hollow eyes, and a big smile filled with sharp teeth. It's nipples were swollen and distended as if it had been nursing recently.
I have been a very bad art school drop-out and have not done any gesture drawing in a looooong time.
A page of 1 minute drawings, and a page of 2 minute drawings.

I'm just kinda running into this blind, but is there a way to get your RJ Hill therapist book? I didn't know it was ever made physical, and I'd love to own it.
I have made a printable download version!

I was previously printing and shipping them myself but when my job switched to work from home I lost access to the office printer (lol). Because RJ Hill is my most popular comic, keeping up with the physical printing and shipping can be a bit much on top of having a full time job, especially when there's a sudden upsurge in interest. So I've decided to keep my fancomics as printable downloads.
This is actually beginning to look like what I imagined!

i'm really curious about the story behind "tattooed his ashes onto my ankle"
DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT ENCOURAGE/ADVISE ANYONE TO DO AS I HAVE DONENemo died like no other cat I’ve ever had. Usually, if cats are getting old and/or sick, they run off and hole up somewhere. Nemo hopped off my dad’s lap and was heading to the food bowl when he just fell over. Must have had a heart attack or a stroke or something. He was an awesome cat (Thus the title “The Cat by Which All Other Cats are Judged and Found Wanting”) and my friend for 13 years. When we got his ashes back from the vet, I took a pinch of them, mixed them in with some tattoo ink, and gave myself a stick n’ poke of the alchemical symbol for ash.
My struggle is being willing to let go of details, of not getting too “precious” with it. Getting there with that hand... still working too much into parts of the face.
I remember reading something where a guy noticed that one class of 5 year olds produced more aesthetically pleasing art than other classes. When asked why her students’ art had better compositions and color choices, the teacher replied “Because I know when to take the piece away.”
Trying to keep this in mind. Don’t overwork. Let things go. Take it away.
