nah man you know what
enough with the 'uwu humans are fragile' in the transformers fandoms
gimme humans that are FERAL and are literal space orcs on a hell planet that tries every day to kill them even when its a nice day!
our games as children teach us hunting/evading/pursuit skills. Hide and Seek anyone? we learn to hide from enemies, how to track them down, and how to run them down if playing hide and seek: tag edition.
lets take Earthspark for example.
yes the cybertronians are Much Larger than us and that's Scary bc we're just a Little Guy but also once we get over that fear they become jungle gyms. you literally cannot tell me that (willing) autobots would not have at least 20 soldiers climbing all over their frames, using them as a the 'quick route' to get onto tall walkaways instead of having to go down the hall a quarter of a mile, take a left, take an elevator, and then climb stairs to reach the correct catwalk.
Wheeljack introduces a new weapon? the humans go "ooooo NICE but add a flame thrower."
"Why"
"bc i want to be able to toast marshmallows while i shoot shit with this thing"
just humans being their little weird humans selves and giving cybertronians on both sides heart attacks with the stupid shit we do
Cybertronian Units of Time: a Guide
…concocted by me, via:
Canon Definitions
Most Common Terms Used in Fandom (that I have seen)
Most Common Interpretations of Aforementioned Terms
Math That Makes Those Terms Make Sense Together
Filling in the Blanks With What Sounded Good (to me)
So essentially I began with Cybertronian units with explicit definitions in canon that are also widely used in fandom (ie. Vorn = 83 years, Joor = 6 hours, Groon = 1 hour). I then worked my way out from those and tried to keep to rough factors of 6/8/10.
Some terms that did have explicit canon definitions had to be slightly skewed from their value (ie. Breem: 8 → 6 minutes, Klik: 8 → 6 seconds) if their definition contradicted another definition that made more sense/fit better.
At any rate, obviously no one is obligated to use this standard, but canon Transformers content has been unfortunately… awful at establishing any universal units of time, their relationship to each other, or their equivalents to human units of time.
So this occasionally makes fanfiction an absolute nightmare for people like me with a crap memory who don’t want to constantly have to scroll through a thousand pages of the wiki to remind themselves what the hell a groon is.
So, naturally, I simply spent far too long whipping up this at-a-glance guide to keep track of it & on the off chance that the fandom might adopt it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just realized that the tarrens thought this picture was funny because it's the equivalent of a baby in the bathtub photo.
Just when it seemed the pornbots were gone, they came right back. I've had more yesterday and today than I've had in the past few weeks.
Drift ends up back on Lost Light high command because he’s the only person who can read Megatron’s atrocious handwriting
so roman gladiators endorsed products just like celebrities today. where is the gladiator backstory for megatron where he bests his opponent and goes “THIS BATTLE IS SPONSORED BY NORDVPN”
How much love does the new Transformers show have?
Well, lets just say they included the animation errors in a frame redraw from the first Transformers intro.

Prophets: Sisko used baseball to explain the concept of linear time to them.
Ferengi: Quark learned about baseball to examine potential business opportunities.
Unidentified imagination aliens: One of them took the form of a baseball player based on Sisko’s interests.
Trill: Dax is an old friend of Sisko’s, they probably learned about it during life as Curzon, then definitely learned about it as Jadzia.
Cardassian: Possibly. I’m assuming that during the Dominion occupation of DS9, Gul Dukat at least took thirty seconds to learn what the baseball was for.
Vorta: If Gul Dukat bothered to learn, he probably rambled about it to Weyoun while drunk. If not, all Vorta field commanders are required to read Sisko’s psychographic profile. Baseball is in that thing somewhere.
Jem’Hadar: Guards were present during the exchange of an antique baseball card which Jake Sisko wanted to procure for his father.
Bajoran: Kira accompanied Sisko to a holosuite game, later learned to play when brought in by Sisko for his team.
Klingon: Through Worf, same circumstances as Kira.
Vulcan: Captain Solok and at least a team’s worth of his Vulcan crew learned the game in order to play against the Niners.
Changelings: Odo learned the rules in order to be the umpire, that knowledge would’ve been transferred to Laas and later the rest of the Founders when he returned to them. Every Founder now knows how to play baseball in excessive detail.
Because of Sisko, baseball knowledge extends across the galaxy and beyond the boundaries of time.
I’m sure you’ve noticed in your Chinese studies that there are some words for which you can switch the order of the characters and get a new word! In Chinese these can be called 倒序词. I’ve put together a list of 20 倒序词 pairs, most of which I’ve stumbled across over the past couple years. It’s so interesting to see the relationships between the words! So Star Trek Prodigy is an absolutely excellent show full of heart, wonderful storytelling, endearing characters, beauitful art and music, and a great balance of episodic and overarching storytelling that many of us have wanted Star Trek to find! Also there are some fun throwbacks that feel mostly purposeful and thought out and not too gratuitous! Lovely season 1, highy recommend to any Trek fan and hoping there will be a season 2!
Whoever decided to have Bee doing what appears to be Cybertronian yoga in the background of this scene deserves everything good in this world I literally cannot thank you enough
Earthspark continues to amaze me on every level and so does this Bumblebee someone help me.
