thinking about that illustration of solitude vs loneliness in which solitude is a dog peacefully holding its own leash & loneliness is a feral dog fighting against the restraint of the leash & feeling slightly insane

Reblog to have something lgbt happen to you this summer

AU where Gaius being convicted and sentenced to death is Merlin's breaking point.
He doesn't confront Uther about it because there's no point, but he does tell Arthur that he can't let Gaius die. If Gaius goes, so does Merlin. Arthur tries to apologize; the matter is out of his hands, he's only the prince, etc.
But on the day of the pyre burning, Gaius doesn't burn. He vanishes right out of his cell, guards in a coma, they're so knocked out, and Camelot wakes up to the pyre burning but they're confused because the burning wasn't supposed to happen until noon.
Arthur wakes up to see a crown on his table, waiting for him.
Uther Pendragon is nowhere to be found. Nor is Merlin.
HIS QUIET RESOLVE WHEN HE THINKS SHE’S GOING TO KILL HIM THIS MOVIE IS SO FUCKING PHENOMENAL-
@books-poetry-tea omg thank you for asking! So the introduction is Understanding Poetry, Pritchard is saying how good poetry is something measured by graphing it’s qualities. Poetry is yk a form of art which expresses any emotion you can think of. Poetry is a deeper way of people allowing themselves to be vulnerable and all that. On the surface I am the pages. I represent a type of scale weighing the good and the bad but sometimes my ideas of bad and good are blind sided by everything around me. So the scale Pritchard made shows human excellence not human expression. Which like omg this scene is so important to me because it really encompasses the meaning of the film. The boys ripping out the pages is them finally allowing themselves expression over excellence. I am the pages because I have become blinded by the expectations set in the environment I’ve grown in. So when the boys rip these pages away they are essentially allowing the pillars(tradition, honor, discipline, and excellence) or the expectations that have been set for them to brake away which in turn relates to me by ripping away toxic traits I’ve learned and need to unlearn.
Thank you for letting me ramble (•3•) idek if what I said makes sense but it makes sense to me so…
You know everyone in the Dps fandom is like I relate to Todd or I relate to Neil or literally any of them but tbh I relate to the introduction pages.
Yk thé pages they rip out because it puts a box on creativity so they throw it away.
Yeah I’m those pages.
No I will not explain (unless you ask please ask I want to explain)
the demons. they’re coming for me (fic ideas that i will never write but theyre soso good i promise)
Y’all just to preface I am insane (I mean I am on tumblr so…).
WHAT IF…
When Charles went to find Edwin in hell what if Edwin wasn’t in the room. What if Charles went down to hell and he best friend of some odd 30 years or so wasn’t there and all he saw was he’s best friends body being ripped apart by the spider-baby-demon-thing. That would’ve been devastating but also like what if he got to see Edwin running and getting caught and then torn apart. That’s would also have been devastating but what if. I mean sure I would’ve been sobbing hysterically and all that but like it would’ve been fun (put me in that writers room y’all all be dead, and cry hysterically but it would be fun).
