An idea for the Seltzer Bunny fic... it's a headcanon I think makes sense for villainess Izumi. When she gets money, she uses use for important stuff and the rest...she donates to charity or hospitals.

She is doing what AM never really lived up to, doing a good deed without expecting a reward as she donates anonymously.

And Cinder does find out she does that...I do think that would impress him.

But does A.M actually expects something in reward for his charity acts?

I don't think he even expects gets fame or love from the general population, as he showed to be socially awkward to receive the love of his fans.

And well, good for Izu anyway.

Cider will totally call her "Robin Hood" but not in a mean spirited way obviously, just a cute nickname once he starts knowing her better.

A lot of AFO backstory and motivations seem to be an after thought to be honest.

Hell I firmly believe he and Yoichi being twins is a retcon. Because these two clearly were originally written to be oldest and little sibling, AFO clearly looking way more old than Yoichi in terms of overall look and aptitude.

Beside is funny how based on his look at the moment of his death Yoichi must have been a middle age man, because AFO looks like his middle age self in the flashbacks. But Yoichi clearly look, sound and acts like a young man in his 20s or something. A lot of thing doesn't make sense if you put the twins idea in context.

And yes, KudoIchi and Kudo in general are just bait for the bkdk shippers. Notice how the character has nothing outside that ship content.

Which is ironic because out of all the vestiges which are plain and boring af, Kudo at least had an interesting base for a character but he ended with zero personality and being a dick to other characters no named Yoichi for no reason. And his fans only like him for being discount Bakugou.

At least got me laughing with that omake of Nine and Cider.

Also Shoto and Giyuu don't share VA, in japanese Shoto shares VA with Sabito aka Giyuu's best friend.

But fun trivia: Giyuu and Nine got the same dub VA in english.

In canon Cider is the kind of person who knows he shouldn't bite off more than he can chew, since after all his plan during his debut was to steal during a very specific moment in which heroes aren't present, so is more reward without having to fight and less risk.

It was just a coincidence that A.M was there with Bakugou and Todoroki.

I guess his mentality also applies to fight dangerous villains, and the lov had some big names attached them. Their reputation probably was enough for Cider to not have his gang involved with such group of psychos.

But... I disagree on Shigaraki being a good fighter.

Maybe before all the bs power ups given by the doctor he at least knew how do surprise attacks and such, but Decay being such a one-dimensional quirk also means the user doesn't require a lot of skill to put it in use. It is basically just run towards the enemy and touch for instakill.

Which became even more braindead post awakening. Like even Overhaul has more room to be creative and need skill to put in use.

Decay is just a broken and boring quirk that requieres nothing to be effective. Crusty asshole somehow manages to be more plain than he already was at first, is like he evolves in reverse.

Ironically if someone out of that dumbass group of psychos should be leader that's Mustard.

That kid is smart and capable af, he could have made the operation a big success if they put him in command.

Is fun how I like to make up reasons for my fav characters to be barefoot, as is something meaningful and not just an aesthetic choice (when Its possible at least).

For example I imagine Shindo loves to be barefoot when he trains because a passive effect of his vibration quirk is being able to feel the vibrations in the ground, like the earthbenders from Avatar. He can feel it anyway with shoes on, but being barefoot enhance the effect and makes him feel more connected to earth while feeling it's texture on his feet.

Nine also loves being barefoot because it is associated with a sense of terrenal freedom, which makes him happy and in peace especially during rains.

Mizunami also would just love put his feet on water, that's relaxing.

A lair for the Cider House gang? I bet it would be something like an abandoned warehouse, but rather than the cliche spooky lair of most villains, Mizu and his gang would just fill the place with neon lights, confy fornitures, arcade machines, all kind of TVs, game consoles, and other stuff they steal. And of course a lot of artistic graffity.

They don't live there of course, but it's a great place for chill between missions and such.

And now I need to think of a lot of domestic SeltzerBunny fluff since you mentioned the morning kiss.

I ask this bc I do want to give Izumi notoriety. Ofc she will WORK to gain it( I love her, but it would be disingenuous to the story making Izumi win by mere existing) but like the media does talk about the fearsome Usage (it's her moniker. A rare win for this fandom is the bunny jokes for Izu) and the same could be add to Cinder. He is a big name in the thievery world.

I assume the Cider House gang has sort of a reputation, considering their methods to operate and how they can wait for months before a big hit and not get captured in the process.

In my own AU nobody knows Cider is a member of the Himura family btw, but that's also probably because the clan erased a lot of his public registers and invented some story of "our son is overseas" or something like that.

Of course they're a famous gang in the otherworld however.

Ironically Nine is the underdog here, even his origin chapter put emphasis on how he "survived under the radar" considering how crazy his quirk is. I have my own ideas to flesh out this plot point, more info later.

I love the idea of Mizunami being totally clueless about his reputation in certain social media. He would probably think that's a bit cringe, but if it's Izu... he obviously doesn't mind.

He probably can get away because the mask covers a good part of his face, and that's a popular topic among his followers who fantasy about how he looks unmasked.

I also live for the moments when a character takes of their mask and reveals to be hot, and Cider isn't the exception. I mean can you blame Midoriya for what him?

Note: Izu probably loves in particular the little scar Cider got in his eyebrown, he/her found that detail to be especially sexy.

Is funny you mention the whole plot of Cider helping Izu to steal stuff from Re-Destro company, as I also have this idea of him making an operation to steal from a werehouse full of valuable tech and support items that Detnerant (I think that's the company name) sells into the black market.

They would have success stealing a lot of merch they later sell to get money, but also Cider found a particularly expensive prototype of a high tech glider he decides to keep for himself and use to compliment his surfing style. As Mizunami is really into surfing in my AU, like he seems to be in canon.

Oh I forgot to mention before but the vigilante name Cider/Mizunami will use for my AU will be "Splashdown". Be free to use it if you like the name.

And since you mentioned Geten here, do you think he will have some role in the story? As I mentioned before I love the idea of Cider being a Himura, but also he probably was rejected by his clan because his quirk is water instead of ice and the Himuras seems to be the kind of elitist jerks to would dishonor a child for born with a "imperfect" quirk.

Which would create a lot of tension between Cider and Geten, especially is they reconogice each other. Geten hating Cider for being "a failed Himura" and Cider will hate Geten because he's just a "an attack dog" for Re-Destro.
