anyone else read/watch smth and immediately thinking of smth else in the exact opposite direction to "compensate"? can't remember exactly what i was thinking the first time i was watching md and reading basically any remotely romantic/fluffy* fanfic but it was probably something that would make an american proud, and more recently, anything hdg-related and a little while after i'd be thinking about how a nuclear grenade launcher would work... for some reason (idea's been there for a while already, just been thinking more abt it now)

scissors cuts you down and occasionally runs you through, rock just bludgeons you to death, and paper strangles you to death

time slows you down so much you might as well be frozen, healing undoes the first three + next (duh) and neutral (if that even exists) is just however your weapon is supposed to be used without any craft use (slash, stab, punch, bore/bludgeon and bludgeon/fry respectively for the party)

thinking about the physical effects of types of craft damage. scissors and rock are obvious, slicing and bludgeoning, but what’s paper?

but really, paper can be obvious too, if you just look at its role in rock paper scissors: it grabs. it envelops. it squeezes and strangles!
