Btw he was really supportive of Steph when he was in the minor leagues, and Steph has always been vocal about how he admired him. The first time they team up at the AllStars was when everything took a big change 👀

I'm sorry but Griffith constantly claiming Guts as "his"? Guts letting Griffith touch him before anyone else (bonus points: Guts letting Casca touch him is used as a big sign of his affection for her hmmmmm)? Their unwavering trust in each-other? The fact that Griffith cries while thinking about Guts right after sleeping with a woman? The fact that Guts literally offers Griffith his body/to be his boyfriend the first time they meet? The fact that the desire to stand as an equal to Griffith is what inspired Guts to change the way he lived his ENTIRE LIFE? The fact that Griffith, despite being so composed and calm, literally had a massive freakout meltdown when Guts wanted to leave, and refused to let Guts live if he wasn't going to be with him?
There's literally so many more things. Oh my God. There is SO much.
The entire Golden Age arc is LITERALLY just the story of two men pining after each-other so hard they destroy the whole world on accident.
There is no way you don't see it. If you don't see it you either didn't read it or you're fucking lying to protect your fragile ego because "big strong man no gay", that's the only explanation.
