No words can describe the suffering we endure here in Gaza. Life no longer feels like life. Today, with the border crossings closed once again and humanitarian aid halted, our suffering has doubled. Even the most basic necessities have become an unattainable luxury.Like thousands of other families, my family struggles to survive in this nightmare. We live among the rubble, carrying water from long distances because our infrastructure has been destroyed. Prices have skyrocketed, making food and medicine nearly impossible to afford.
Every day is a new battle, and every moment without food, medicine, or hope adds to our pain. We ask for nothing but the right to live, the right to safety, and the right to find someone who will stand with us in this darkness. To everyone who can help, to every heart that beats with compassion my family needs you. Every contribution, no matter how small, could mean the difference between life and death. Please, don’t leave us alone in this suffering.
To all compassionate hearts,
I am Heba, a mother of three children, currently living in Deir al-Balah after our home was destroyed by the occupation. Our situation is extremely difficult, as we are living in a tent and suffering from the high costs of war.
My children are suffering from some skin diseases, and I need your help to provide the necessary medical care for them, in addition to food and shelter.
Please donate and share.

[The Israeli burning of olive-tree groves] is familiar to thousands of Palestinian families. In the name of security, Israel systematically removes them from the land and erases their historic rootedness to this geographic place. For Palestinians, food and agriculture are not merely a pastime; they are a way of life. Without it, they’re rendered powerless economically, voiceless politically and devoid of their own cultural legacy. Yet that’s exactly why a sovereign and self-supporting food system is an early target of the Israel.
The Israeli occupation has transformed the Palestinian food system, converting it from a producer society to a consumer society, according to multiple West Bank residents. A tangled web of laws makes it difficult to sell crops or products like tahini for prices high enough to function as a sustainable income, and settlements continue to encroach upon Palestinian villages, seizing arable land and restricting access to crucial natural resources like water. Food is the first frontier of this conflict, and the Palestinian right to produce, sell and eat local food is a barometer for the future viability of the resistance movement.
[...] [In 1994, Israel and Palestine] signed the Paris Protocol to regulate economic interaction. The agreement hamstrung any hopes at Palestinian economic development, all but guaranteeing it would become dependent on Israel. It gave Israel full control of borders and put the sole customs clearinghouse under its jurisdiction. Goods entering and exiting Palestine remain subjected to Israeli taxes. Palestinian exports are heavily taxed while Israeli goods enter Palestine freely. Israeli goods, especially produce and food-related products like tahini and olive oil, flood the market with alternatives cheaper than local options.
What’s transpired as a result is the dramatic transformation of Palestine, says Raya Ziada, who founded an acroecology nonprofit based in Ramallah. “We depend on other people, whether that’s Israel or international aid, and we have to follow other people’s direction on producing food.”
Raya and others argue this is a deliberate act by the Israelis to handicap opposition to the occupation.

Is there anything I can do to help Palestinians besides call my representatives and beg them to stop killing people?
This is a great question. There are a few things you can do—just off the top of my head:
BDS (Boycott, Divest, Sanction) https://bdsmovement.net/
Direct Action https://www.palestineaction.org/
Urge your University/School/Organization to put out a statement denouncing Israel
Organize a Protest/Participate in a local one
You might already be doing this but while calling your reps, tell them that as a voter, you're unwilling to support them in the upcoming election unless they urge the White House to take a stand against Israel and stop funding them
Share art/writing/films around Palestinian culture
If you're part of a union, ask them what they're doing to urge their industry leaders to take a stand against Israel + pressure the White House OR urge them to start a strike/walkout/etc if they're not doing anything already
Talk with your friends IRL about Palestine, whether in an activist capacity or watching a movie or literally anything
Reach out to a mosque to see if you can help them with anything
See if your city/state council has put out a statement in support of Gazans. If not, try to push them to do so.
Donate to Palestine Legal or Direct Action if you have some money to spare
KEEP TALKING ON SOCIAL MEDIA!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know some of these don't feel like they have as big of an impact on helping Palestinians, but we do need to make an effort not to forget their humanity in the face of continued erasure and the media's sensationalist rhetoric.
Talking on social media and posting—while not seeming like a lot—does SO much. I know in USAmerica, it's like yelling into a void, but political analysts are saying that most of the "Global South" has completely lost any amount of goodwill it may have had the past few years. Hopefully, countries will start to put sanctions and embargoes en masse on the US and Israel soon.
Our goals here are BOTH short-term and long-term. We hope for the life and liberation of the Palestinian people, so anything that you can think of might help at some point in the future is encouraged to at least try.
If anyone else has any more ideas, feel free to reblog and add on. Thank you for asking, and here is to a liberated Palestine where Palestinians can live and thrive without fear.

Hiii, i’ve taken an interest in reading the manga series of Crows x Worst from your masterlist. But i’ve noticed that there are sequels to it and the internet is not giving me a direct answer as to what to read first 😭 , it says Crows was the first series published but that Crowz ZERO is the prequel, pls help meeeee.
You have no idea how happy this makes me! ❤ I can absolutely help you, so let me put together a little guide for you and anyone else interested in Takahashi Hiroshi's delinquent universe. Fellow fans can always correct me or add to the list. This is just my personal recommendation. Click on the underlined titles to read it!
Crows: The golden classic and first chronological work featuring the Suzuran delinquent school.
Sono Go No Crows: Optional one-shot set after Crows and before Worst. You don't have to read it, but it offers a smoother transition, and you get to know some characters in advance.
Worst: Continuation to Crows, although with a new protagonist and new characters.
Saigo no Worst: Sequel, takes place one year after Worst has ended.
Side-stories/Gaidens/Other works
Crows ZERO: Prequel to Crows, although written years later. Different cast, and you won't find it online because no group has scanlated/translated it. You can watch the live action movie instead.
Crows ZERO II: Follow-up to the first part, and covers the second movie. Drawn by Tetsuhiro Hirakawa (Author of Clover, another delinquent manga I recommend).
Crows EXPLODE: Sequel to the Crows ZERO saga. Also drawn by Tetsuhiro Hirakawa, only found it translated to Vietnamese.
Crows Gaiden - Katagiri Ken Monogatari: One-shot featuring the Crows ZERO protagonist.
Crows Gaiden: Collection of short stories featuring some of the Crows characters.
Crows Gaiden: Linda Linda: Backstory of Crows character Rindaman in his middle-school years.
Harumichi: Side-story featuring Crows protagonist, Bouya Harumichi.
Next Crows Supplementary Story: Crows side-series, not translated. I have the Japanese raws if you're interested.
Worst Gaiden: Backstories for some of the characters (such as the Umehoshi brothers).
We are the Worst!: Character databook. Couldn't find it online, but I have the Japanese raw scans if you're interested.
Worst Gaiden Dokuro: Backstory of Kawachi Tesshou, only the one-shot was translated to English.
Worst Gaiden Mr. Zetton: Sequel about Zetton becoming a high-school teacher
QP: Set in the same Crows x Worst universe, but it deals with actual gangs and not high-school characters.
QP Gaiden: Collection of side-stories
Kiku: Takahashi Hiroshi's first delinquent manga predating Crows x Worst.
Jank Runk Family: Takahashi Hiroshi's newest series (ongoing), a crossover with OREN's survival manga (included it because it does have delinquent vibes).
Crows Ladies: Genderbend AU
Plus a nice visual guide I found while searching online translations, it has some extra titles I haven't mentioned

That post about death note being "everyone's first anime" (untrue statement) made me curious and now I want to gather data for science
Can you reblog this and tell me where are you from and what was your starter anime?
Hello, please stop for less than a minute and do not ignore and help if you can, I am Abdullah Musa, I am still a young man, I am 20 years old. I had studied my first year at university, but the war came and my dreams were destroyed with it, and my university and my city were destroyed. I want to travel abroad and study medicine. It is true that it is embarrassing to ask for money in this way, but it is life and I am still a young man who does not have any work. Please share or donate if you can❤️🇵🇸🍉😍🥹

im sorry but when DECOLONIZE PALESTINE DOT COM, which is RUN BY PALESTINIANS, affirms that a one state solution and the end of ethnonationalist government in the holy land does NOT mean the jewish population should be expelled, you as a white westerner look really, really silly saying it does. and this goes for both paranoid zionists and antisemitic leftists who are thrilled at the concept
