Average hours of sleep: Like 5ish hours, but I do nap so it’s really closer to 7 hours.

Instruments: I play the cello and am learning to play the kantele. I can also *sort of* sing.


Love: learning, my cats, my family, my friends, knife-throwing, music, films, tv shows, reading, a lot of things; I don’t know what to put here.


What am I wearing: It’s a snow day and I’m capitalizing on this, so I’m still in my pajamas. :D


How many blankets do I sleep with: Four. XD I’m just really cold. It’s a top sheet, two of those really silky/fluffy throw blankets, and then a comforter.


Dream Job: It’d be rad to be a translator of some sort.


Dream Trip: I should like to go back to the Czech Republic to visit family again, but I really just want to go everywhere I can. Maybe Ireland so I can go on a boxty tour.


Favorite Food: Probably boxty, it’s amazing. It’s the best form of potato pancake hands down. Although recently I’ve been in the mood for a good chicken paprikash.

Notes about that Atomic Blonde trailer

-Charlize Theron is bisexual and her girlfriend is both hot and badass and another agent, shit you got my ass in the theater 😩

-Charlize Theron dresses and walks like a fucking queen I CANT

-Also she gets punched in the face and the fighting is LEGIT. It’s not some Scarlet Johansson dancing around dudes and never getting down and dirty, it’s some legit face bashing and getting bloodied up and fucked UP. I love it, Charlize wears it like an aesthetic I can’t get enough of

-James Mcavoy looks like a drug dealer, kinda like he looked in Split, and i get a sidekick feeling from him and i dig it

-the fucking song. Oh my god. That style.

I’m going to be on hiatus until the 14th. I just finished a couple online classes that were pretty high-stress so I need to give myself some set time to reset. I will still get on Tumblr, but I don’t know if I’ll write anything.

I SAW “ATOMIC BLONDE” AND OH MY WORD! IT WAS ACTUALLY REASONABLY CLOSE TO THE GRAPHIC NOVEL (some character changes, name changes, and more details added, with a few cut. But otherwise!) AND CAN I PLEASE BE LORRAINE BROUGHTON WHEN I’M A GROWN UP, CHRISTMAS ON A CRACKER, IT WAS GREAT! AND THE F/F RELATIONSHIP WASN’T AS FETISHIZED AS I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE! AND THE ACTION SCENES WERE FANTASTIC! OH! AND THE SOUNDTRACK WAS AMAZING!! THE COSTUMING WAS COOL AS WELL!

(Warning though: the ending is different from the graphic novel and this might annoy you. Otherwise though: 👍 it’s some good stuff.)

In short, this film was spectacular and I want more. Please please PLEASE go see it.
