Cale nodded his head. ‘I’m not a Dragon, so Rasheel needs to say it as the representative of the Dragons.' However, Bakehe thought that Cale nodding his head looked more majestic and caused him to think. ‘The Dragons are gathering because of what the White Star is trying to do!’ Dragons were too strong. They were able to easily handle a sword master like Bakehe. ‘And if there are multiple Dragons……?!’ Would he be able to survive?

rasheel showing up in full pjs and a pillow just to complain to Cale about the elves and elementals is one of my favorite scenes. And Dodori is also a kid but loving Cale as a hero and obsessing over hero’s. Socially awkward dorks for sure

I'm starting to think that maybe the dragons aren't very cool. I'm starting to think that maybe they are massive dorks.

Like Raon, I understand. He's a baby, so it's okay for him to be awkward and loud and clumsy. He's just a little guy.

And then there is Eruhaben. And he's presented as beautiful and majestic and powerful. But then his characterisation is a bit jarring because he is also quite awkward and sometimes loud and sometimes clumsy. And I thought hey, maybe it's just to move the plot along.

But then there is Sheritt! And she's awkward and loud and clumsy and adorable and I'm like Oh! Is this just Dragon behaviour? Are they just LIKE this?

Dragons are originally introduced as arrogant, proud and anti-social. And so it was a bit weird when Raon wasn't like that, and very weird when Eruhaben wasn't like that and by the time Sheritt comes along, well, two is a coincidence, three is a pattern. Dragons are just socially inept and they are so cute for it.
