Author’s notes:  After a long trial, you’re outed as the mastermind. This is the way everyone reacted after finding out. (Mixed games, with some characters alive even if they died canonically.) Chihiro is referred to with he/him pronouns.

 I’ve actually had this written for a while, but I wasn’t sure if anyone would like it, so to give you a little extra content while I work on the requests, here you go :)

"Aw, it must suck to be in your position right now, doesn't it?" You asked, smugly. 

"Why... Why would you-?" Kokichi yelled, through tears.

"Why would I work for them? Why would I betray you? Or perhaps were you going to ask 'Why would you help us through all those trials and lead us all on?'" You questioned calmly, smiling.

He stayed silent; Waiting for you to answer the questions you'd, seemingly, read their minds and threw out.

Before answering, you looked at your "fellow classmates" around you. Kokichi was in rage-filled tears, Nagito was staring at the ground. Makoto had his eyes squeezed shut. Chihiro had tears pooling down his face, in shock. The portraits of all your late classmates stood around the circle, completely unaware of all the lies you'd told them during your time in this game. 

"ANSWER ME" Kokichi screamed again.

Getting another rise out of him was exactly what you were trying to do when you left those questions up in the air. It made you grin wider.

You just shrugged, still smiling.

"Why do you think I would betray you? What would lead me to do such a thing and feel not a twinge of remorse? You're a liar too, are you not? So maybe you can figure out my reasoning for doing what I did." 

He just clenched his fists. He had no idea why you would do it.

You laughed and then slowly left your podium, walking to the one directly across from yours; where Kokichi stood.

"Aw, don't look so upset. I made this game a little more fun for doing all of this, didn't I?" You cooed, reaching for his hand, but in response he backed up and slapped your hand away.

You just fake pouted for a moment.

"Well, at least you should be glad that you figured out that I'm the mastermind before voting for the wrong person." You crossed your arms. Though you were still smug, trying to get a reaction out of all of them this time.

"Makoto, can you believe I was this close to framing you and getting away with it?" You sighed.

You went back to your podium. "I guess we should get on with voting then, huh?" You said, seeming completely unbothered by the fact that you were about to be executed.

As expected, everyone voted for you. Except for one.

That’s when Monokuma piped in,

"Wow! I can't believe it. Who didn't vote for Y/N after all those theatrics, hmm?? It's a good thing everyone else could agree though! Upupupupupu!" 

You looked up from your voting tablet.

Walking back over to Kokichi, you shook his hand.

"I wish you luck. Perhaps everything will work out well in the end." You said.

"UUunfortunately,” Monokuma interrupted, "you all voted INCORRECTLY, besides Y/N, who rightfully voted Kokichi! However, because you got the majority votes, you still die with the rest of them, regardless of if you voted correctly or not!" Monokuma started laughing maniacally. "And Kokichi, because you successfully got away with it, you can walk free! Even though you voted incorrectly... But I'll let it slide! AHAHahahahahhah"

"Wh-What? We voted... Wrong?" Chihiro said, more tears flowing out. Not only had he been betrayed by two close friends, but they were working together to get them all killed?

"I.. Can't believe you two. What could've possibly led you to do such a thing?" Makoto spat out, though he seemed more disappointed and scared, than angry.

"They should call you the ultimate actor, Y/N! That was an amazing performance! Our plan worked like a charm!" Kokichi said, seeming incredibly proud.

You just nodded and smiled. 

"IIIIT'S PUNISHMENT TIIIIIMEE!!"

Hajime and Nagito are the same

Hajime: Me and Nagito are nothing alike

Me: Holy, dude both of you sacrificed yourselves for hope, you literally became Izuru for Hope's Peak and then your despair came in when you were coerced by Junko into literally making despair

That shit is basically Nagito's life in a nutshell

Hajime: Well, that's one thing-

Me: Also, you both react the same way in almost everything, both of you have hard times coping with trauma (Nagito uses hope constantly and desperately as a coping mechanism to keep hope in himself while you just either faint or sleep in your room when you've had too much)

In short, both of you can't handle too much pressure and despite slowly losing your minds internally, both of you put up a front and make it seem like you are fine with it when in reality you are horrified 24/7

(Nagito makes it seem (mostly not on purpose) like he is okay with the killings and makes it seem like he still believes in hope despite him actually having constant paranoia and constantly denying how he really feels, WHICH IS THE EXACT SAME SHIT YOU DO)

ON A NORMAL DAY, NAGITO IS PARANOID ABOUT ALMOST EVERYTHING 24/7 AND SO ARE YOU

Hajime: Well I-

Me: And jeez, you two sure love forcing your views and beliefs onto others. Nagito of course with his hope speeches and black and white views and you, YOU LITERALLY SAY THE SAME SHIT EXCEPT YOU THINK IT'S AGAINST WHATEVER THE FUCK NAGITO SAYS

YOU EVEN KEPT PUSHING THAT IF YOU SEE SOMETHING AS WRONG, IT'S WRONG

THAT'S WHAT NAGITO DOES ON A DAILY BASIS AND SAME WITH YOU

Hajime: When?

Me: Like whenever you argue with Nagito for some reason about how you find the things he does unforgivable, which is the same way Nagito does it btw, or when you guys had to starve for days and you kept pushing on about how you wouldn't eat and would rather die, in the same way Nagito would say he would rather die than serve despair

Hajime: Well-

Me: And holy shit, you both love to deny things when they don't make sense in your head or with your principles, like how Nagito couldn't fully accept that he loves you despite you being a reserve course student, mastermind, and remnant of despair

and how you keep denying that you still care about Nagito despite YOU CONSTANTLY WORRYING ABOUT HIM WHENEVER SOMETHING HAPPENS

Hajime: HE COULD'VE DIED FROM THE DESPAIR DISEASE

Me: HE HAS LUCK, MIKAN, AND FUYUHIKO

AND EVEN YOU KEPT BITCHING ABOUT HOW YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE EXCITED FOR HIM OR WORRIED ABOUT HIM AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE FUCKING CARE TO ACTUALLY STAY WITH HIM WHEN HE ASKED YOU TO

Hajime: Well...

Me: And how Nagito keeps thinking that all he needs is hope and to help others spread their hope and get their goals in life but in reality just needs somebody's love

And for you, it's basically the same shit except you hide it and deny it by putting a confident facade all the fucking time and keep pushing that you deserve so much better and deserve to have talent when in reality you are actually very insecure

Hajime:...

Me: And don't get me fucking started on when both of you found out about the remnants and Izuru

Hajime: Hey! Nagito tried to kill us all-

Me: AND YOU ALMOST PRESSED GRADUATE SO JUNKO CAN TAKE OVER YOUR BODIES AND SPREAD DESPAIR

Here's a list of important notes for tumblr usage:

Don't censor words, particularly trigger warnings. Tumblr has a very functional blacklist (found in your settings) that can filter by post content and/or tags. But the word needs to actually be present for the filter to work. Censoring words like r*pe is actively harmful to people attempting to avoid those topics.

Use tags liberally, you have as many as you want, but don't tag unrelated shit. You'll get reported for spam really fast if you do.

Set an avatar and reblog things, otherwise you look like a bot.

You are not obligated to have your real name anywhere in your blog/bio/etc. Most people here use handles.

You can turn your ask box & anons on or off if you are experiencing any kind of harassment. You can also turn off replies on your posts, and turn off reblogs if you need to.

Tumblr has keyboard shortcuts on desktop. You can find them listed under the blog/account menu. Go learn them, they make life so much easier.

Reblog things. Seriously. Also set your dash in chronological order. You can maintain several blogs if need be, but reblogging things is normal, expected, and how you pass along stuff you enjoy.

The majority of people aren't reading your card/dni/blog bio before they reblog stuff. Posts get passed around and the OP often isn't the focal point of the post. Learn to live with it.

Fic writers: you have unlimited words, do not post fics as images.

Reblogs with comments/tags are encouraged. It's not like twitter's QRTs. The OP will see everything there. Know that before you comment.

You have a queue. This means you can set posts up ahead of time to run while you're busy. You can also completely ignore this and just spam your follows whenever you're online. Both are very commonplace

It's not weird to go through someone's blog and reblog old posts. That's actually very normal. If you add /chrono to the end of a tumblr page then you can view all the posts in chronological order to make this easier.

"Spam" liking and reblogging isn't a thing that is a problem. This is invented by people I do not understand. If someone claims this is a problem, they can learn how to turn off or manage their notifications.

The only form of promotional posts that tumblr has is "blaze". There is no ad targeting or any kind of invasions of privacy with blaze. You just get subjected to w/e someone wants to show you. If you want to give tumblr some money to help the company keep going and providing an alternative to twitter, it's not a bad way to do it. You can make people look at cat photos.

Also, we have fun colors here. Plus actual formatting ability. Use it!

People lie on here for fun. Don't accept everything you see at face value, check the reblogs/replies or google something if you're skeptical! Critical thinking is good!

I know I’ve been on a bit of a hiatus but I’m hoping to come back and post more. Unfortunately I lost the drafts for the requests that I’d worked on from before and I'm a little overwhelmed with the requests. So I’m going to clear my requests, and open them back up. I’ll accept.. 3 for now.

Honestly, Mystic Messenger deserves kudos for how unique it was. I really can't think of another dating sim with the overall vibe of MM, nothing compares. Like, the dynamics between love interests first of all isn't jam packed with cheap drama. When you read the conversations between them, you can actually believe that these people are friends and get along with each other. You can sense that they've known each other for a very long time, you sense the trust and the deep bonds more and more as you progress through the story.

Not only that, but the love interests are unique as well. Any dating sim fan can tell you all about the various tropes that our love interests embody, but I feel like MM is the only sim that actually has a unique take on them. Like yes, Jumin is the overbearing rich CEO who's into BDSM and wants to own you like he owns everything else, but going through his story you truly see a side to him that feels so gratifying to learn about in the format of MM. His conflict with his dad is unique to the core- his dad isn't abusive, not to Jumin. On the contrary, Jumin holds nothing but warm praise for his father consistently and you can tell that aside from the womanizing, they have quite a good relationship! But you see Jumin's emotions change real time, how he slowly breaks down until he can't stand it anymore. How he just needs someone to comfort and understand him in his lonely world, someone who isn't a cat or his friends that don't know how to act when Jumin's collected demeanor falls apart.

Or Zen, the classic narcissist flirt, who isn't at all. You really get to see where his narcissism comes from, how he copes with being an actor, how he learns to let down his walls and let people in all the while his sweet personality coming through.
