random boyfriend headcanons i can’t get out my head

⋆ megumi is the type of boyfriend to like nudge you with his nose/head all the time. it’s not uncommon to find him leaning in, pressing his nose against your cheek when he wants attention…or lightly bumping his forehead against yours when he wants to go say i love you. even during sex, when he’s on top and you’re being way quieter than usual, he’ll affectionately nudge the side of your neck or when he’s in between your legs he’ll nudge the inside of your thigh…both of which are silent pleas of “babe does this feel good?”

⋆ megumi is the type of boyfriend that when your out walking in the city or in the park or anywhere really he pulls you closer to him by your belt loops or the sleeve of your jacket. it’s his way of showing an underlying protectiveness, but also that he needs you near him. he can’t let you wander to far away. it shows you he is always yearning to have you right by his side.

⋆ megumi is the type of boyfriend that always squeezes your hand when you’re anxious or scared. whether it be walking through the bustling crowds of tokyo, or coming up against a powerful curse…he can feel the anxiety dripping off of you. he doesn’t always know what to say, he thinks he’s terrible at comforting you, but that silent gesture, his fingers interlacing with yours and that small little squeeze of your hand…it’s enough to ground you.

⋆ megumi is the type of boyfriend that grumbles about cuddling but whenever you’re laying watching tv/movies if you veer to far away he pulls you back closer to him. it’s not like you mean to inch away, you just know he values his personal space. but not when it comes to you.

also does this when you’re sleeping. he’s always holding you when you fall asleep, your back pressed up against his chest. his body completely enveloping you in this sense of warmth that just naturally radiates off him. but if you accidentally move out of his grasp it’s like he can sense it, he’ll be dead asleep and he can just tell. so he opens his eyes, pulls you back into him and wraps you up again…otherwise he won’t be able to go back to sleep.

⋆ megumi is the type of boyfriend who comes up behind you, wrapping his arms around your midsection and resting his chin on your shoulder. he’s the type that does so many silent gestures. he’s just not a very verbally affectionate boy, he’d rather show you anyway, in his eyes it just means so much more…it’s his way of saying i’m here, i’m with you and i love you.

I feel frustrated by Megumi's scars... I love this concept, but... ugh...

I also think Megumi is having a really hard time with everything that happened to him, and I really wanted to draw that.
