I figured out how to animate fabric! I started by waving around and observing some scraps of fabric ( while no one else was around ) Then i went on to drawing guide lines and squigglies(like the tracks of a roller coaster) to get the flapping effect. Used PAP4, Movie Maker, and an online converter.

It lets you doodle with a variety of brushes and lets you change colors for both brush and canvas and this isn't even half of what I drew I will stop now before I hurt myself.
