Monkey D. Luffy
i swear this man will be the MOST oblivious with his crush, mf will most likely just spend a couple of minutes thinking why he treats you a bit more special than the rest of the crew, and at the end of his thoughts he would just shrug it off and continue on his day as if nothing happend
Once he has finally sat down with himself and thought about it , i think he would actually laugh about the idea.
he thinks to himself. as he slowly loses himself to sleep while thinking of the times he favored you over any of the other strawhats.
i can definitely say he fell asleep thinking of YOU instead of meat that night.
and dont you dare be shocked , when one random day when you are talking with him, he just grins widely and says
'shishishi i like you a lot, you know that?'
Roronoa Zoro
he would definitely be so confused on why,how and when this couldve happend. how could THE zoro? the man who strives to be the greatest swordsman alive, fall inlove with someone like you.?! (what ?! rude!) but truthfully thats what he thought at first.
but once he has finally realized that he was getting defensive over nothing, and he should learn to relax and let go once in awhile he finally realizes why he fell for you. from the way you talk, the way you act when he is or isnt around, how you manage to take care of yourself so well, he just cant get enough of you.
as he sees you walking around the sunny blissfully unaware that he has fallen head over heels for you he cant help but think to himself
'i wonder how you managed to do it?.. how could someone like you manage to get me all wrapped around your finger like this _____?'
VINSMOKE SANJI
the realization would probably leave him shocked. of course he knows hes no stranger when it comes to admiring gorgeous women on the street, but this feeling ? its diffrent from simple adoration and admiration. it feels like a burning sensation to his chest, he cant help feel his heart pumping a bit faster when he sees and feels you around.
you were different to him. this feeling was rooted deep into his chest , even when you werent around, he couldnt help but think of you.
but the moment he would finally admit to himself that he does have a genuine crush on you, would most likely be during a random encounter. you were laughing at one of luffy's antics .his heart skipped a beat, he froze mid thought , wide eyed, hands sweaty. he would say under his breath,
'oh shit. i have actually fallen for them.'
What is with Shonen writers and absolutely sucking at writing female characters? Like wtf????
slapping this badge on my blog
I saw a post talking about how Terry Pratchett only wrote 400 words a day, how that goal helped him write literally dozens of books before he died. So I reduced my own daily word goal. I went down from 1,000 to 200. With that 800-word wall taken down, Iâve been writing more. âI wonât get on tumblr/watch TV/draw/read until I hit my word goalâ used to be something I said as self-restraint. And when I inevitably couldnât cough up four pages in one sitting, I felt like garbage, and the pleasurable hobbies I had planned on felt like I was cheating myself when I just gave up. Now itâs something I say because I just have to finish this scene, just have to round out this conversation, canât stop now, because Iâm enjoying myself, Iâm having an amazing time writing. Something that hasnât been true of my original works since middle school.Â
And sometimes I think, âWell, two hundred is technically less than four hundred.â And I have to stop myself, because - I am writing half as much as Terry Pratchett. Terry fucking Pratchett, who not only published regularly up until his death, but published books that were consistently good.Â
And this has also been an immense help as a writer with ADHD, because I donât feel bad when I take a break from writing - two hundred words works up quick, after all. If I take a break at 150, I have a whole day to write 50 more words, and Iâve rarely written less than 200 words and not felt the need to keep writing because I need to tie up a loose end anyways.Â
Yes, sometimes, I do not produce a single thing worth keeping in those two hundred words. But itâs much easier to edit two hundred words of bad writing than it is to edit no writing at all.
Having a balance of different personas helps create a comprehensive cast for your novels. To get started, here are the 7 main friend personas to consider:
The leader is the driving force behind the group. They are often assertive, confident, and willing to take charge in various situations. This person is typically seen as a decision-maker, guiding the group toward plans, activities, or goals.
Charismatic: Naturally draws people in and inspires others.
Decisive: Quick to make decisions, often with a clear vision in mind.
Responsible: Takes ownership of the group's well-being and direction.
The leader often organises outings, mediates conflicts, and keeps the group focused on shared goals. They are instrumental in making plans and ensuring that everyone feels included.
The caregiver is the heart of the friend group, always looking out for others. This person is empathetic, nurturing, and willing to lend a helping hand or an understanding ear.
Compassionate: Deeply cares for the feelings and well-being of others.
Supportive: Always ready to offer encouragement or assistance.
Attentive: Notices when someone is feeling down or needs help.
The caregiver often acts as the emotional glue, fostering connections and ensuring everyone feels valued. They are typically the ones organising gatherings to celebrate friends or supporting them through tough times.
The comedian is the life of the party, always ready with a joke or a funny story. This character brings humour and lightness to the group, helping to relieve tension and elevate the mood.
Witty: Quick with humour and often makes clever observations.
Playful: Approaches life with a sense of fun and spontaneity.
Positive: Maintains an optimistic outlook, even in challenging situations.
The comedian keeps the atmosphere lively, ensuring that laughter is a common thread in the group. They often defuse tense situations with humour and help create cherished memories through fun experiences.
The adventurer thrives on new experiences and excitement. This character is always seeking thrills, whether thatâs trying out a new restaurant, going on spontaneous trips, or participating in extreme sports.
Daring: Enjoys taking risks and stepping outside of their comfort zone.
Curious: Eager to explore new ideas, places, and experiences.
Energetic: Brings enthusiasm to the group, often encouraging others to join in.
The adventurer often leads the charge for new experiences, pushing the group to try things they might not have considered. They inspire others to embrace spontaneity and explore the world together. Often contradicts the leader.
The intellectual is the thinker of the group, often delving into deep conversations and pondering life's big questions. This character values knowledge and is well-read, informed, and curious about various topics.
Analytical: Enjoys breaking down complex ideas and analysing situations.
Inquisitive: Asks questions and seeks to understand the world.
Articulate: Communicates thoughts clearly and effectively.
The intellectual can help stimulate meaningful conversations, adding depth to the group's interactions. More of a quiet yet important presence. They help get the Adventurer out of trouble, and are likely found bantering with the Comedian from time to time.
The connector is the social butterfly of the group, adept at bringing people together and building relationships. This character thrives on interaction and often knows everyoneâs stories, interests, and backgrounds.
Sociable: Enjoys meeting new people and introducing friends to one another.
Empathetic: Understands social dynamics and helps others feel comfortable.
Resourceful: Knows where to go for recommendations and suggestions.
The connector enriches the group by fostering relationships and creating opportunities for social gatherings. They often organise events and help deepen bonds within the friend circle. They are generally close to the Caregiven and the Leaderâs partner/close friend. They help the Leader and Intellectual settle on ideas that are both fun and functional thus appeasing to the whole group.Â
The realist is grounded and practical, providing a balanced perspective within the friend group. This character approaches situations with a level-headed attitude and often focuses on the facts at hand.
Note: While the intellectual is an inherently smart person, the realist is the apathetic and logical force of the group. They donât have to necessarily be smart but are insightful.
Pragmatic: Values practicality and often offers sensible solutions.
Sceptical: Questions overly optimistic or unrealistic plans.
Honest: Tends to speak their mind, even when the truth is uncomfortable.
The realist often acts as a counterbalance to more idealistic characters, helping the group assess risks and make informed decisions. They provide a sense of stability, ensuring that plans are not just fun but also feasible.
Edit: you don't NEED to have 7 friends each with one persona. You also don't need to have all 7. One person can be the caregiver to A and realist to B. They can be the leader in one friend group but the comedian in another (showcasing their comfort with the latter). This is just a list to help pan out your character personality types!

Headcanon of reader cooking with Sanji?
â SANJI â
pairings: sanji x female reader
cw: not proofread, probably contains grammar mistakes, english isn't my first language!!
â (a/n): this is such a cute idea I just HAD to write it (â â§â â˝â âŚâ ) so sorry of this is too short or boring!! -> m.list
Sanji is an absolute perfectionist in the kitchen, so if you're not experienced, he'll gently guide you. If you are, he'll still lowkey try to take over so that everything comes out perfect.
He loves seeing you in an apron. Bonus points if it's one that he picked for you. If it has ruffles, a cute design or is a bit too big for you so he can tie it snugly around your waist? He's in heaven.
I feel like Sanji would stand behind you while you chop ingredients, hands brushing over yours or gently grazing your hips, praising you for what a good job you are doing.
If you happen to be struggling with anything, Sanji will drop everything to help you. Even if something is burning on the stove, you take priority.
The moment he sees you lick a bit of sauce off your fingers, he's completely gone. He WILL grab your hand and kiss your fingertips, muttering about how even the food tastes better on you.
If you ask him to taste test something, expect him to be overly dramatic about how delicious it is.
When you try to feed him yourself, he melts. It's a special kind of intimacy for him. He'll take your wrist and kiss the inside of it before taking a bite of the food you're offering him.
If you attempt to cook a meal just for him, he will treat it like a 5 star meal. Even if it's something simple. It could have a terrible taste, yet he would still eat every bite with a straight face and praise you anyway.
If you get something on your face, he will chuckle and gently wipe you clean with his thumb.
He will not let you lift heavy pits or trays. "That's my job, love. I can't let your delicate hands get tired."
If you accidentally cut or burn yourself, he will PANIC like you've been mortally wounded. You won't be touching another knife until he's personally bandaged you and kissed it better
If you feed Luffy before Sanji gets to try your food, he will pout for hours, sulking like a child because he was supposed to try it first.
Also, you are NOT ALLOWED to cook for Zoro. No way, nope.
âââ
You stood side by side with Sanji, sleeves rolled up, both focused on preparing tonight's dinner. It was rare for him to let anyone help him in the kitchen, but for you? You were an exception.
"You're doing really good." He chuckled, watching as you sliced the vegetables in front of you. "I might have some competition."
You snickered, concentrating with steady hands. "You say that, yet you've already corrected me three times."
"Can't help it, love. Perfection is key." Sanji grinned, flipping something in the pan effortlessly.
You bumped your shoulder against his on purpose, a smile tugging at your lips. "Or maybe you just like bossing me around."
He dramatically placed a hand on his chest, acting offended. "I would never!"
The two of you worked comfortably, moving around each other easily. When you reached for the flour, Sanji was already handing it to you. When he needed an ingredient, you passed it before he even asked.
At some point, Sanji leaned over your shoulder, watching as you finished chopping up the vegetables. "You know..." He started, voice thoughtful. "I really like cooking with you."
You glanced at him, raising a brow as you smirked. "Yeah?"
He nodded, his eyes softening. "Mhm. Feels... Nice."
A few minutes later, Sanji finished one of the many dishes, holding it up and letting you inspect it. "What do you think, sweetheart?"
You took a bite, pretending to judge it seriously. "Not bad, cook."
Sanji scoffed, laughing. "Not bad?! That's all I get?"
"Maybe you need a little more practice." You replied with a smirk, shrugging.
He huffed, but there was something soft in his expression, his gaze gentle as his eyes scanned your face. "Alright then. Guess I'll have to keep cooking with you until I get it right, hm?"

I have a headcanon that Sanji struggles with wanting/asking for non-sexual intimacy from Zoro. So if he's having a rough day or just wants to be held by the man he loves he'll initiate sex in order to feel that connection, regardless of whether he's actually in the mood. But Zoro's gotten unnervingly good at telling when he's doing this and redirecting to give him what he actually needs in that moment.
I'm writing a modern au LawĂoc and I am torn on something. Corazon. I dunno if I want him alive or not. Like, I want to give Law a break but also, I dunno how much it would change his over-all personality. My fellow Law lovers, what do y'all think?
