About to binge? Don't. You don't have to. No one is forcing you to binge. Just say no to yourself. You can do this. Just say no. Don't you want to reach your goal? Don't you want to be happy? Don't you want to be skinny? Don't binge - you are better and stronger then that! If you binge you won't be skinny and you won't reach your goal. Is that disgusting food really worth it? No, its not. You deserve to be happy and skinny, you have worked so hard to get where you are now. Don't waste it on a stupid binge. You have the power to say no, you have the power to be skinny, you have the power to be happy. If you didn't binge after reading this, congratulations! Be happy for yourself. You had the power to say no. You took control. You are now one step closer to your goal.

I usually don’t do the exercises in order and I also do it 2 or more sets of these.
