ok so…. More doodle rants here
This is Skidd, a weird little spider creature that lives in a world taken over by this weird purple infectious bacteria that constantly absorbs living and dead bio matter into itself and is constantly mutating . The bacteria broke loose a long time ago after an incident in a lab. One of the only surviving scientists of the the first outbreak used the shambles of the lab to conduct experiments on insects, rats, and even some humans in an attempt to find some sort of protection from the bacteria. When the scientist eventually succumbed to the bacteria, several expirements broke loose including Skidd, who was one of the few that wouldn’t meld with the bacteria or be outright killed by it. They were still affected by it, giving them drastic mutations over an extremely long period of time, until they became a conscious humanoid. At this time, the few people left had locked themselves into giant gated cities, who would send out soldiers looking for materials from outside to bring back in. People were on high alert for creatures and humans infected by the bacteria, since they were extremely contagious and aggressive. Given this, Skidd is in constant danger from troops, who would shoot them on sight, and the giant, semi living mutant creatures swarming the outside. they’ve learned to live like this pretty well, and spend a long time surviving. However, one day their flight from mutants ends up with them falling into a human city, a total and utter death trap for them. They have to rely on a kid (Izzy) to help keep them undercover and get them out of the heavily guarded city walls
but yeah, that’s just their lore, mostly they’re just a silly little guy that dual wields pistols cuz it looks cool. Oh and the person with the robot eye is from an earlier point in the purply apocalypse who happens to be relatively immortal their human friend is long dead what a shame
here’s a much older drawing of them
Anyway that’s all for tonight goodbye!
My turn with the emotions challenge yayayay
I’ve seen people do really cool things with it, make a background, incorporate into the character, it looks so cool
Some late comic oc stuff
Siblings, raise your hand if this is a relatable experience.
I’ve finally acquired an art style for these two, let’s see if it goes anywhere
Both of them praying together
And then some goat mischief
Eeeee I should have tried to sleep but instead I finished it!!
mistakes galore but still she looks so cool!
And I actually managed to make a legit background yippee
Finally got Leshy into my cult and it’s been pretty fun
he started with the poet trait which I find the implications to be fairly amusing
Finally, I have finished all the doodles of these two, they can get out of my head now. this is Kip, a mute 10 year old and their demon Schelmis, who sort of just got attached to Kips shadow one day without rhyme or reason. Despite some differences between the two, they still have to survive a war-torn world, where demons have been utilized as weapons. Kip doesn’t have any other creature left alive besides Schelmis, and Schelmis can’t exactly go anywhere. his only real possibility of escape would be if Kip died. He at first tried to lead Kip into death traps, but not only did he get some soldiers attention that there was a rogue demon, but when Kip nearly died during his attempts, he felt himself slipping as well, which deeply scared him. After a near death experience for the both of them, Schelmis starts actually helping Kip in surviving. they encounter soldiers trying to kill or capture Schelmis, other rogue demons, and gruesome expirements from before the war, when they were still trying to figure out how to control demons. Schelmis’s effectiveness in the physical world depends on how sharp Kips shadow is. If it’s really bright outside with a lot of contrast, Schelmis can interact with objects with as much strength Kip can. If it’s really grey or cloudy or a dark area, Schelmis is no more than a wisp of smoke. I have more things to say about those two but I’ll leave it at that thank you for entertaining my rant bye
This is my take on the GOAT’s god of death the Wolf. they are still an inverse of Narinder in some sense. Where Narinder seeks to challenge his role as god of death and break the laws set before him, Renir fully embraces death, devouring every living thing
Renir does not seek freedom, he simply seeks to feed to sate his unending hunger
also something about dogs that don’t get their nails trimmed end up curling inwards and into their foot, thought that would be a fun detail to add
