Just, giving him a forced break. He’s a teacher/maybe still an X man, and Charles Makes him take a break. He spends the first few days wallowing, scowling and grumbling (pouting). But then his friends visit him. They get to know each other without the stress of battle.

And he realizes…he’s not a ‘person’. No hobbies, so interests. Just… violence. So his friends teach him their hobbies, knitting and cooking and chatting, surfing the Internet and taking naps. And he begins to heal.
