Yeah-yeah, I know I promised to post the art I've been working on for so long, but unfortunately it's had a little problem... My burnout, to be precise.
So I decided to take a little break from it and do something else, but while I was working on the other art, I was watching the "Poppy Playtime" videos and also rereading "Made in Abyss" until I had this idea... AND NOW I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING ABOUT IT! XD
I think this trinity is more of a statistic, that the authors have some unspoken rules: if you make a villainous scientist, then he should experiment on children, be a bit of a furry-fan and love purple. (¬‿¬ )
Now I thought a little and came to the conclusion that Vox and Alastor are two idiots who literally cannot exist without each other, because they are like two sides of the same coin:
Vox, as if "seeing nothing" around him, strives into the future, and Alastor seems to be "tied" to the way it was before.
"But life does not stand still, and that is its stability..."
Their behaviors are two of the most common behaviors in situations where someone has been traumatized and is no longer able to "live in the here and now."
But, if one day they, as MORALLY ADULT individuals, sat down opposite each other at the negotiating table and, without shouting, arguing and being honest with themselves, finally discussed, if not everything, but a lot, then their "personal Hell" would have ceased be like that.
Because only they can truly help each other. Only together can they, remembering and respecting the past, move on through life without fear and confidently...)
"Going to somewhere else. Going to the Great Perhaps."
I continue to practice digital art.)
You know, I have a tradition of re-watching “Gravity Falls” every summer, which appeared back when the first season was just coming out.
But since I read Flat Dreams a few years ago and, one might say, EVERYTHING related to this amazing fanfic, the item “re-watch Gravity Falls” has also added the item “re-read Flat World, etc.”
I can’t find words to express my gratitude not only for the "best summer", but also for this masterpiece among fanfictions!!!
And every time, like the first time, my heart breaks into pieces at this moment... (/T~T)/
“Sleep,” he says. “I am here.”
Have you ever, as a child, satn't IN FRONT of the TV, but ON it?
'Cause I am! But now it’s a little problematic...)
Don't you think it's cute, sad, and interesting at the same time how Bill kept his childhood photo ALL THESE YEARS?)
Doesn't this mean that not EVERYTHING was destroyed..?
"Life finds a way."
Sitting in his cell, Bill holds a photograph of himself as a child before pasting it into his diary.
Do it for him...
«Still, with so much of life left up to chance, you can't help but look back and wonder, what if things had been different?» - J.D. [Scrubs] (s03ep16)
No matter how old this show is, it's still one of the best I've ever watched (and still re-watch from time to time)!
I finally decided to finish this art...)
And all the time that I was drawing, this song wouldn't leave my head!
Here's a mini-comic for you, because I can.)
Plus some baby boy sketches, because I was bored during the painting class.~
P.S. Madeline is right, Rod really is cute in that dress! >:3
Meet Lume!
Honestly, I thought for a long time about what to come up with as a description, and in the end I decided to write the truth as it is...
So, initially, about three years ago, Lume was conceived as a fanchild-character for the Light Entertainment ship (Magnus x RGB), which is actually why he has such a name, Luminous.
But at some point I realized that I liked this little guy so much that I decided to separate him from "The Property of Hate" and make him a character in his own story...
In the end, no matter how hard I tried, I only managed to turn his existence into a nightmare: I deprived him of his parents and home, condemned him to a life without purpose and meaning, and later I tried to "get rid" of him, which I really regret...(
But, somehow, because of how deeply this crippled creation sank into my soul, I decided to "resurrect" him with the thought: "I have long ago revised the policy of my posts, so let it be. He deserved it. He deserved to live.")
For those who are interested:
1) I made a mini-comic about him a long time ago, but unfortunately I lost it. I remember the content, and it won't be a big problem to restore it, but I don't think anyone will like this angst...
2) Lume's head is a glass cube (shape from RGB, material from Magnus).
3) It's not a halo or something like that above his head, but a kind of "crown of thorns"... The marks from the shackles also mean the torment I doomed him to...
Hi everyone!
Yes, I know that I haven't posted anything for a long time, but... unfortunately, I failed the test I was studying for, which is why I'm in a stupor now, since I have a little more problems now.(
However, that's not the point. For some time now, I've had an idea to remake one of my characters, namely Vinc, but while I was thinking about how to do it, I realized that his fourth version is so different from the first three that it looks more like another character... (-_- )
And so he appeared... I don't know what to call him... The test name is "Crimson", but I'm not sure, so it may change in the future.
In general, for some reason, he looks like a sparkling of Shockwave and Soundwave... Yeah-yeah, I like WaveWave.)
Perhaps, in the future, he will become their fanchild, but for now, it was decided to make "Crimson" just an automaton.
But if you have any suggestions for a name or any details for "Crimson", feel free to write in the comments.)
And that's it for now... Bye!)
I was thinking now and one thought came to my mind.
Perhaps the reason that Alastor refused Vox a partnership is also because, due to the 20-year difference, Al treats him more like a father treats a child (like Charlie).
But Vox, who may have listened to Alastor's radio broadcasts during his lifetime, feels sincere sympathy and love for him, which can often be felt for an idol (especially when you are still a child)...
And this is what it came down to:
Alastor does not reciprocate, but due to his capabilities in this regard, he still cannot help but see in Vox the child he once was...
And Vox, whose childhood sincere love and sympathy for Alastor has become distorted with age, cannot understand what he is doing wrong and why Al cannot feel the same for him...
Fate gave them the opportunity to walk the road together, just a little differently than they would have liked.)
